I have been here two years ago and I love all their burgers and fries. I have visited this place a few days ago, and it was closed. But I don’t know why they were not open at their office time. I hope they are not shutting down...

Decided to grab a milkshake from this place, ya know because it's one of their highlights on their windows.Sad sad sad excuse for a orange dreamsicle.I don't think there was any flavor as all.Took almost 15 minutes to get it as well, presentation was very poor, I grabbed my shake and didn't notice that there was a huge amount still on the side of the shake cup, thanks for adding to the disappointment.

Places friendly foods always great love it. Buns are always fresh and the meat is fantastic if you want any additions they seem to complement you and give you what you want

Had the cheese burger with an extra patty, totally worth it, also tried the chilli and poutine, both are excellent. Great staff and service too.

Burgers are good. Chicken tenders are juicy and crispy (surprisingly hard for lots of places to pull this off).The cheese fries suck. Fries were good, but the cheese are those cheap singles slice you buy in individually wrapped pieces.

Never heard of this place until my colleague recommended it. There are so many burger joints in downtown so I figured I give it a try. WOW! their burgers are good. Great taste! The fries were good. I really enjoyed it!

I had been to the Johnny Rickets on Melrose in L.A. years ago, and i raved for a long time on how good it was.Well, i didn't get anywhere near the same feeling here ?The burgers are good, but not great. Fries need some salt or seasoning as they were just plain.I did really enjoy their onion rings and that is why i gave 3 stars.......almost 4.Will i go back....probably, just to see if i was wrong and maybe their better then my rating, plus the onion rings ?

I ordered route66 burger and there were too many bone pieces. Bit it about 6times.And I think the last one probably made small crack on my tooth.Taste good. Once or twice of bone pieces ok,But SIX times? Seriously? I wonder how you guys handle or get beef from.I would never go back. So Risky to my teeth.

Route 66 Burgers/Fries was amazing! Bottomless refills at the cool varities selections of drinks. Clean, comfort seatings and spacious and friendly helpful staffs. Will be back for the Shakes and Hot Dogs! Plus remember to get your VIP stamp card ( 9th visit ) get you a FREE burger, after 8th visits with purchase of burgers.
Restaurant is relatively new to this location. I've been watching the coming soon signs a d was curious. Found prices good compared to places like Fat Burger. Staff was excellent . I was close to closing time but was treated very gracious ly Have better burgers but will try again at a better time. Fries were excellent. Milkshake was nice.

I've eaten a burger here twice now and both times I've been left feeling less satisfied then I wanted to be. Not sure if it's the person working the grill or the quality of the patty, but both times the burger was just sweating out grease. Was the beef not rested, maybe the cook top is too lubed up or perhaps lack of skill. Regardless, you need a lot of napkins; it's a saucy beast in general even without the sheen. Both times I had The Original Single with added Cheddar Cheese and extra Pickles. Maybe my messy mistake is not asking to hold the relish... I have not had any of their side dishes, but if I did, I would probably choose the Rings over the Fries. I would eat here again, but definitely going to modify my order, in an effort to try and reduce my napkin usage.

As you walk into the restaurant, you see a beautiful place where you can hang out with friends and share burgers and fries with them. I had ordered their crispy chicken burger and mozzarella cheese sticks. I loved their mozzarella sticks, the flavor was amazing and the coating wasn't too thick. I wish they had given me marinara sauce instead of ranch with it or atleast something that would have paired well with them. The burger was good but it was not too special. They do offer a punch card where your 9th burger is free and I really like that.
