Definitely not open at 8am- I have been checking for the last 2 weeks. Staff are curt and not entirely friendly. Twice I have been refused a drink that was advertised- PB and chocolate and an oat milk one that had a poster outside the door. They have stated they are all out.
Surprised to see Jugo Juice selling bubble tea, I decided to try one. I bought a Classic Black Tea with Milk and the taste was good. Pearls were well flavoured, but they lacked its iconic bouncy texture.

Walked all the way here and realized they were closed and the store hasn't updated it in Google.

great friendly staff! She remembered I gave her extra change a week ago so when I didn't have enough change to pay and was about to use my card she refused to let me and reminded me that I gave her extra last time.
The staff is super nice and remembers me when ever I go there. Very friendly and warm. Impressed by their fresh juice and service.

The staff is super friendly and recognizes me when I come in (even when sometimes months will pass).The quality of the smoothies is always delicious no matter what flavour!The friendliness, fast service and quality taste keep me coming back to this location over and over :)

I absolutely love this Jugo Juice! By far one of the best smoothie places. Very friendly and their smoothies are delicious and healthy. It's conveniently located inside Broadway City Hall Station.

We accidentally stopped in for a quick smoothie. The space is quite small but wow, it’s the best smoothie ever! I had a green protein and my husband had an açai superfood. Both absolutely delicious, fresh and healthy. We are both physicians and bit of health freaks. We are so impressed with the quality of their smoothies and their service. Staff were so friendly! We will go for this instead of morning latte!
Amazing customer service! Very helpful with finding directions and providing information that isn’t even part of the job. Amazing location!!
