Terrible customer service. Started cleaning the juicing machine an hour before closing and said it is not available….

Honestly the workers are really rude and not clear at all and they don’t follow their store/companies policies properly. On top of that all their smoothies are over priced and not worth it.

I ordered acia and whey protein with pearls all for 12$ too pricey and the flavor was okay. The acia flavor wasn’t there much unfortunately, it is below average for such a drink. The server was okay, I wasn’t initially sure what to order and she didn’t explain the options (since I saw mine on the screen but it changed) and felt rushed as well.

It didn’t take long to prepare but I wouldn’t come by again.

The smoothie I ordered at this location tastes so watery and the fruits tastes not fresh at all

The smoothie was great, but the people working were just taking their sweet time chatting with each other instead of paying attention to me.

I was the only customer in the establishment, I waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken, a girl from India looked at me and continued to wash dishes for 10 minutes without taking my order or saying hello, well, it was a little unpleasant because she just waited 10 minutes and ended up I still didn’t place an order because no one came to me

I tried ordering a medium black tea with tapioca, the woman behind the counter said they didn’t have that size, flavour, or tapioca. So I ended up getting a large matcha which the woman assured me wouldn’t be sweet. After taking a few sips I was disgusted by how much sugar she put in and I threw my drink where it belongs (in the trash). I will never be coming back here again. I don’t advise coming here unless you’d like to get scammed.

Love this place to get my protein shake every morning after workout, girls even know my order they make it quick while i am paying for drink . Such a lovely staff.

I'm going there from a long time.. Usually I take Orange Juice and its so good and fresh.... Wait time is very low and workers over there are very nice... Last time I talked to their manager Nav.. She's a great person.. Took my order very politely, I could see the customer service skills there.

I ordered a bubble tea with full sugar and ice, and not only did it come without ice and sugar, but the interaction with the staff was far from helpful. Honestly, this might just be the “worst bubble tea” I’ve ever had anywhere—it was totally off. Add to that some truly awful service, and I'd say you might want to think twice before getting a bubble tea from this place.
