Jugo Juice

I visited the Pacific Centre location on November 14th, 2025 around 545pm. I asked if I could order a Watermelon Wiggle. The cashier said they don’t have that drink. I asked if it was discontinued and if they had something similar I could order. She said no they never had that drink and that I am confusing them with BOOSTER JUICE. Mind you she said this with such attitude. I used to work at Pacific Centre and ordered this drink all the time. Kinda odd to be suggesting their competitor. Never had Booster Juice before but I will give it a try now, thanks!

Very nice place! The girls who work here are super friendly 😊 You can scan a code to get a free membership, and they give you a “small” smoothie — but it’s actually a good size, around 300 ml! 🍌🥭 Really tasty and fresh, and you can choose from several flavors. I’ll definitely come back to buy here again! 💯✨

I ordered a Guava green tea drink at Pacific Centre. It was $6.75 . They charged me $8.25 . When I questioned them, they were rude. They said when they punched it into the register that is the total. Would not give me receipt. I dont think taxes would not have been $1.50 on a $6.75 drink. They all just kept looking at each other guiltly. Plus the drink was awful, mostly ice and very little liquid. I would not recommend going to this place and will not patronize it again.

I visited this Jugo Juice branch on September 10 at 4:10, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member taking orders was rude, impatient, and had a negative attitude, even giving us side glances throughout the interaction. It made the visit uncomfortable, and I don’t plan on returning to this location again.

Jugo Juice has been around for many years. I enjoyed their pressed breakfast wrap. It was delicious! I kinda wished they had some salsa to go with it.

The staff here is attentive and very friendly. I don’t mind waiting longer as long as quality control is taken into consideration.

As for their juices my favourite are the vegetable juices. A juice a day keeps the doctor away 😬👍

Today I went this location. The girl who made my protein shake was sooo good at the client service.

❌ They canceled my order twice just because they didn’t want to make the drink. It was still an hour before closing—maybe they were rushing to finish early. It’s really irresponsible. If any manager sees this, I hope they teach the staff about responsibility and honesty ❌ July 12. 7pm

I had such a great experience at Jugo Juice, and I want to especially recognize the filipina girl, a hardworking and friendly staff member. Her warm smile, polite attitude, and excellent customer service truly stood out and made my visit extra pleasant.

Highly recommend this location for both the quality of the smoothies and the amazing service from people like that. Keep it up!

Even though the store was a little busy, she kept a positive attitude and made sure everyone was being helped. My drink was made perfectly and with care. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their job. Great customer service .

I’ve been a loyal fan of Jugo Juice for many years and have always appreciated the quality and freshness of your smoothies. I usually prefer juices and protein smoothies, and I was genuinely excited to redeem my birthday reward this year.

I visited the Pacific Mall location and ordered the Peanut Butter Protein smoothie. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The smoothie tasted very diluted — it felt more like water than a protein drink. It lacked the usual creamy texture and flavor of peanut butter and banana.

Coderboy, who was with me, also commented that the reward felt totally wasted and “just went into water.” We both felt that the birthday reward, which is meant to be a treat, didn’t live up to the standard we usually expect from Jugo Juice.

I do want to mention that the staff at this location were excellent — both team members were kind, professional, and welcoming. The service was great, but the product simply didn’t match.

I’m sharing this as honest feedback from a loyal customer who really values the brand. I hope future visits can bring back the experience we’ve always enjoyed.

mango lemonade was dark brown and no mango

The juice was DISGUSTING and I didn’t like it. I wanted to change my order but she said no I was pissed and they didn’t even offer me a refund. 0/10

I ordered the acai smoothie bowl. It tasted and smelt like puke and it took over 15 minutes.
