I had a great experience at Jugo Juice thanks to the amazing service from the girl with short hair working at the counter. She was super friendly, polite, and quick with the order. Even though the store was a little busy, she kept a positive attitude and made sure everyone was being helped. My drink was made perfectly and with care. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their job. Great customer service .
Will surely visit there again.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Jugo Juice for many years and have always appreciated the quality and freshness of your smoothies. I usually prefer juices and protein smoothies, and I was genuinely excited to redeem my birthday reward this year.

I visited the Pacific Mall location and ordered the Peanut Butter Protein smoothie. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The smoothie tasted very diluted — it felt more like water than a protein drink. It lacked the usual creamy texture and flavor of peanut butter and banana.

Coderboy, who was with me, also commented that the reward felt totally wasted and “just went into water.” We both felt that the birthday reward, which is meant to be a treat, didn’t live up to the standard we usually expect from Jugo Juice.

I do want to mention that the staff at this location were excellent — both team members were kind, professional, and welcoming. The service was great, but the product simply didn’t match.

I’m sharing this as honest feedback from a loyal customer who really values the brand. I hope future visits can bring back the experience we’ve always enjoyed.

The juice was DISGUSTING and I didn’t like it. I wanted to change my order but she said no I was pissed and they didn’t even offer me a refund. 0/10

I ordered the acai smoothie bowl. It tasted and smelt like puke and it took over 15 minutes.

The acai smoothie bowl actually smelled and tasted like puke. I don’t know how that is possible. Service was slow tho.. waited like 15 minutes for them to puke in a bowl? 3 pieces of granola and strawberries wtf they’re not even whole strawberries. If you love yourself please don’t order this.

Absolutely love Jugo Juice! Their smoothies are always fresh and delicious. Navdeep did a great job helping me pick the perfect blend super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.

Literally the worst bubble tea I've ever had in my entire life. There were chunks of unblended ice in it, and next to no flavor at all. It's like they were expecting the sugar to make up for their lack of actual ingredients. We tried to call attention to it but they didn't care.

Terrible customer service. Started cleaning the juicing machine an hour before closing and said it is not available….

Honestly the workers are really rude and not clear at all and they don’t follow their store/companies policies properly. On top of that all their smoothies are over priced and not worth it.

I ordered acia and whey protein with pearls all for 12$ too pricey and the flavor was okay. The acia flavor wasn’t there much unfortunately, it is below average for such a drink. The server was okay, I wasn’t initially sure what to order and she didn’t explain the options (since I saw mine on the screen but it changed) and felt rushed as well.

It didn’t take long to prepare but I wouldn’t come by again.
