I placed an UberEats order on October 29 before 6 PM and used the buy one get one promotion for the taro bubble tea. I had really been looking forward to trying your store, but I was a bit let down by this experience.
I requested no ice for both drinks in the notes, and I confirmed it again with the staff when picking up. They assured me the order was correct, but when I opened the sealed bag, both drinks had ice and the powder wasn’t properly mixed.
The staff member also seemed quite tired, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming than I had hoped.
I was excited to visit, so I hope this feedback is helpful.

Jugo Juice never disappoints! Their smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made right in front of you. I love that they use real fruit with no artificial flavors. My go-to is the Mighty Kale smoothie – refreshing and healthy. The staff is always friendly and quick with service. Perfect spot for a healthy boost during the day.
