Pretty much my favourite burger joint, even when it was just a ghost kitchen. Even back then, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the burgers were just as delicious as they are now. The fries aren’t terrible, but when compared to the burgers, they aren’t great. Another complaint is that the new shop’s atmosphere is definitely a bit clinical, which kinda clashes with how warm and welcoming the workers are. Still, that won’t stop me from always ordering a cheeseburger original if I’m even somewhat close to the location

Came from Kamloops to try your burgers they were awesome and the nice lady serving us today was super friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a slice of cake on the house! It was my birthday today they didn't know that but it made my day thank you so much
Been a diehard fan since they began back on Granville, hands down the BEST burger in town (nobody else in town even comes close). Glad they finally got their own place, will keep coming back!
However, I must add that there's definitely been a major downgrade in their fries, no longer the crispy incredible ones they used to make, more floppy, lackluster and meh now (big disappointment). Despite this, the burger still gets top marks so I can't rate less than a 5STAR.

Easy in and out. Very clean feel. Chef came to visit us! They have a water dispenser for your need. Felt like the staff cared about our patronage. Need a I day they give you a cookie like grandma used but you have to finish your food

Open till 1am- tried to order at 11:30 and uber eats is closed and phone lines are closed. Second time this has happened with this place. If you are not open till 1am just put your hours.
EDIT: Thank you for getting back to me. I will delete my review in due course- I understand working in a small business myself how these reviews can affect business. No need for a dinner on house, I just wanted to voice my frustration as it’s happened multiple times. A note on uber eats, the website, or on the answer phone explaining you had run out and wouldn’t re-open would have cleared up this confusion. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has waited indefinitely for you to reopen.
