I got a breakfast plate with the best iced vanilla latte I’ve had in Vancouver! the staff was super friendly, the atmosphere is very cozy and cute, and the food was delicious!

I ordered an Iced chai (5.95) and got charged 6.95 which is 17% more. Only 5% gst is charged for beverages in BC. So it should’ve been 6.24. I didnt notice until after paying. If you like to support scammers be sure to come here.

Had the #1 eggs scrambled to perfection, with cheddar cheese, bacon cooked just the way you like, roast potatoes and some lovely toast, the fruit cup was superb, and the orange juice was so fresh. Staff was super friendly, atmosphere so nice. I can’t believe this place wasn’t slammed on Sunday. Perhaps we were there early?

No frills brekkie but my husband and I were so relaxed and the food was great! Hubby rarely comments on food but he loved his pancake- so did the stranger that passed by and agreed with him! I’m so happy they allowed dogs in the patio as our senior pup likes to be out and about with us. Staff was very welcoming and they didn’t ask us ten times if everything was great- they understood that we liked our space and privacy. Would definitely visit again.

I came here in my early 20’s. The quality of food and service has not changed. To the smiling kind face when you walk in the door, the family photos, the amazing fresh baked bread. I highly recommend coming here. I could not say more great things about this treasure.
After years living in Kits and passing by Juliet's Cafe, we ventured inside. It was cozy and nostalgic, like someone's house from the 00s in a good way. The food tasted homemade, healthy and with good ingredients. There is a fireplace that is delightfully warm on a rainy day, and newspapers for reading material.

Two terrible sandwiches - one grilled the other not. Filling was minimal, bread was hard and price was high. Floor was filthy around the plant area. Never again !

had an awful experience because of service. an older man who works there completely forgot that i ordered and paid for food. when i approached him to check if my food was coming, he claimed he didn’t remember me and that i haven’t paid. when i showed him the receipt on my phone, he apologized and gave me a free muffin which i thought was nice of him. everything was fine until my bacon was served to the wrong table and when i told the server that the bacon is actually mine she took it from that table and put it on mine instead of making a new one for me (which is what you’re supposed to do in this situation). later that old man approached that table and confronted them for not speaking up when they received the bacon they didn’t order, except it wasn’t their fault and they were just confused. he was later seen yelling at them again and when they were defending themselves he said he doesn’t wanna speak to them. i thought that was way too aggressive and i wanted to stand up for them. i pulled him aside on my way out and and told him i also work at a restaurant, and mistakes are common, but it’s unacceptable to lash out on your customers and take 0 accountability for your mistakes. (i said that in a much nicer way btw). he completely ignored me and walked away. i have never seen such awful service and abuse at a restaurant. this was unacceptable and i feel so bad for our neighbouring table. i will never be back.
