Service was excellent, with a special shoutout to the short-haired waitress who was both attentive and friendly, the chrysanthemum tea was on house. Overall, it was a satisfying hotpot dinner!

First plate of angus beef was the best, and of course subsequent plates are lesser quality.Beware that the creme brulee dessert is +$3 even if eating Deluxe menu (the lady just asked us what we wanted for dessert, and didn't warn us it was extra charge).They also brought several dishes of food for us to try, and some we liked and accepted, but declined some. I feel like she was being nice, BUT it is also a good way to fill us up so we eat less. For instance, as soon as you sit down, you will be served a small plate of french fries.Fried chicken wing and fish balls were good for snacking.

The worst service I've ever experienced in Vancouver, bar none. The food was delayed many times and was delayed, either because I was busy or because the order was lost. Before ordering anything, the four girls ordered 10 chicken wings and refused to give them to us because they were worried that we wouldn't be able to finish them all, so they only gave us 4 chicken wings. The boss lady lent me a power bank for my colleague to use. I'm very grateful, so I never wanted to write a bad review because it's not easy for everyone to make a living. But I have to thank your "good friend" and "regular customer" Kitty Fan for supporting my free speech, so I came here to write about it. After all, there is freedom of speech in Canada. I wish you a prosperous business.

The lady was super sweet and she even explained what the character writing meant. So let’s review!Price: AYCE , we chose the 39.99 because we love wagyu and other dishes that had to be paid extraDoesn’t include: drinks, desserts and hotpot broth.Highlights it includes: deep fried chicken is delicious here, deep fried salmon, wagyu beef slices! , pea sprouts (not many restaurants include this, I love these veggies!) , squid, prawns, and many moreCash and debit only!Food: they plated all the meat really pretty, everything is deliciousDrinks: my go to is herbal tea and cokeService; they don’t speak much English as it’s a family restaurant but the lady is super sweet! She always knows when to come when she overhears we need something.In the beginning when I was writing the numbers to order for the meat. I thought it meant by plate so I would order 5-6 per meat. She told me it was per slice and helped me changed the order knowing how much MORE we should order for the group. I love how caring she is and it was a good first order amount. So she came in with another batch when we never asked for it. We all loved how sweet of a gesture that was!
