I have to start by praising the Wicked show today as it was AMAZING! The performers were great and I had tons of fun.

However, the venue didn't match the show's quality. I ordered (and pre-paid) a burger and an appetizer for my table around 8pm. I got the burger around 8pm, but the appetizer never came, even though I asked the waitress a couple times about it. By 9:45pm the show ended and I had to leave, without ever getting my appetizer that the waitress had assured me was coming "soon" an hour ago.

Another friend at my table got chicken tenders and they were completely burnt. She asked to get new ones, which the venue accomodated.

If I come back to this place it would probably be for a show or event, but I'll think thrice before ordering anything from the kitchen again.

Good music, good deal on the happy hour and good service. The events looked fun as well, but sadly, we couldn’t join! Overall a good experience!

Made the mistake of ordering the burger from a gay bar. The burger was on a cheap bun that’s not even toasted or anything just plain. The patty was the worst I have ever had, tasted like it was taken straight from the freezer and put in the microwave. It was soggy and falling apart with no sear. The fries were also a bit off, some were overdone and some undercooked.

What an excellent place to be queer and have fun. We had some good beer, yummy food and enjoyed a fun drag show. Really good service, cute bartender.

For the Queers of Vancouver, The Junction is Church, community center, and town square combined. They have an amazing patio in warm months and something special happening in the main room every night.

The lounge is quiet and classic, and a great place to bring a date for a quiet drink or pub fare meal. And of course after the drag shows the main room turns into a great night club late every night. I have never been disappointed here.

Vegetarian options: Menu has veg options including for burgers and there are veg items on the menu.

Parking: On street parking everywhere, plus paid parking lots on same block and accross the street.

Still, I recommend taking a taxi, bus, or Uber there. It's so much better and easier.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed until 9pm. 930? As a trans and queer mom of 2, this was the only place I could bring my kids into queer space and really know we were all truly welcome.

Big fan.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible all around including large-door single occupancy washroom. I regularly observe wheelchairs in the space. This is a venue that works hard at accessibility.

Ordered a gin martini with olive. The drink tasted like dish soap, and I found small winged bugs in drink. I left without telling the bartender how awful it was. I would definitely not recommend drinks at this place.

Super fun but service was awful. Sat for like 30 minutes waiting for the server and then after he disappeared and had to ask someone else just to get the bill. Missed the cutoff for the last call of kitchen too. I think Dave was the name. Everything else was amazing, and all the other bartenders seemed to be on the ball but ours was seriously needing some training I think

My friend and I were looking for a bar and stopped by Junction pretty randomly, because it looked cool; I'm so happy we did! Jayson has been so caring, generous and friendly while serving us. The atmosphere in the lounge is great and we could hear the drag show happening in the other room, which made the atmosphere even more uplifting (also looked like a great show, I almost regret not watching it!)
Thanks for a great evening!

Came from out of town and waited in line for an hour and a half because an inspector was inside so they wouldn’t let anyone in for hours. I will never be back.
