The best granola I've ever had, and it's not even close

I just ate possibly the most disgusting 10 dollar ham breakfast sandwich of my life. Barely edible.

This place is a hidden gem with plenty of seats. I’ve tried many of their sandwiches and they are absolutely delicious. Coffee is also good and the staff are always kind.

Came for the hot chocolate festival with a friend and ordered one of each flavour.
Pros: ample seating, tasty drinks, easy parking (paid)
Cons: We arrived 2 hours before closing and all drinks were being served in disposable cups despite us and several other groups dining inside. They neglected to tell my friend that they had run out of the cookie that accompanies her hot chocolate, clearly it’s not worth $12 without all the components.
I ordered a Gibraltar and my wife ordered a Cappuccino. My coffee was lukewarm, which is something I’ve never seen before, nor do I like. I rate the coffee at 5/10, but would otherwise have been 9/10 if it was hot. Taste was good, but it was as if the coffee was left out for a half hour before serving. Croissant was room temperature at $4.5 and was a bit small. Expensive for the quality and quantity (3/10 on value). Also, parking is extremely limited (2 free spots were occupied). Need to walk a block for free parking. Inconvenient.

Their avocado toast is my favorite! The staff are sweet and always willing to help. Upstairs is a great spot to study.

Been a couple of times and whilst the food is ok (albeit expensive) it’s the employees that really let this place down. They are inattentive and generally uninterested in providing any sort of service. I recently moved to the area so was excited when I stumbled upon this place, but I probably won’t be going back again.

Nice coffee shop near my office!
I love the coffee and baked goods. I've also had some of their sandwiches and they never disappoint.
The baristas are great, the staff is friendly and attentive and the top floor is a cozy place to read.

Restaurantji Recommends
Nice place, good food, staff is always willing to help. I always get coffee beans and sourdough which I 100% recommend! What gives them a plus is that they’d be willing to grind the coffee beans for me and even they’d be slicing the sourdough too!
I would define this place as a “hidden gem” in Vancouver!

Way too expensive for what it is. Only do 12 oz but charge 16 oz prices. Staff are mediocre at best, definitely not well trained baristas. Last time I specifically said to fill halfway because I provided a 16oz thermos and they filled it over 75%. Consistently mediocre.
