Awesome burger!! I tried the namesake Kapow burger and it rocked! The food truck is kind of tucked away in an alley but there is plenty of outdoor seating on a quiet street nearby and right by a Mobi station. I definitely recommend this place!

The burger is delicious, just very overpriced. (Particularly for a smash burger.) Cost to value wise I wouldn’t be able to justify ordering food here again unfortunately.

Food truck located at the back of the Electric Bicycle Brewery. We tried the kapow and snap burgers and they were both pretty tasty. Just a little pricey for a food truck. We ended up getting a beer at the brewery as there is no seating available by the food truck.

Very expensive for the quality. The tater tots tasted awful.

Okay, first things first... Quite tasty burger BUT... I'm tired of how many burger businesses have decimated the beef pattie to the thickness of cardboard yet charge like a full size burger. The KAPOW burger is very thin! It's reminds me of In & Out burgers. The truck doesn't take cash so for that you're supposed to go into Electric Brew and order? Seriously, $150 float is that difficult to stock and serve all equally? Don't try to scare sell people about germs, the ruze of Covid is no longer valid. Taste is good, value is not, gonna make my next burger at home as food joints everywhere have let burger lovers down!

I'm not sure why my burger doesn't look like the ones in the other photos but this is apparently what $16 gets you these days. It's about the size of a Whopper Junior at four times the price. It tasted good though.

Well this was an amazing burger!!!!! The onions in the patty were a lights out game changer. I loved the subtle sweetness in the bun. Not a huge taters fan, but these were yum (loaded version). Next on my list is the crunch burger for sure!!!!

One of the hidden gems in Vancouver. Tried the Kapow burger and it is one of the BEST smash burgers in the city. It is a must try. I will definitely be back again.

Burger was cold, bland(beef was totally flavourless), however the most offending thing was that the bun reeked of liquor(???).

This new food truck is located permanently outside of Electric Bicycle Brewing, you can order inside the brewery or go straight to the food truck in the back parking lot! They offer juicy smash beef patties, a veggie/vegan option with sweet potato, gluten free buns, burgers for kids and even a treat for dogs. I've tried almost everything on the menu at this point, and their current Feature Burger called the Aussie Kapow is my favourite (why have I never heard of pickled beets on a burger before?!). Second place would be the Crunch, their crispy chicken burger which is perfectly cooked every time I get it. Great spot to bring the whole fam, as the brewery has lots of non-alcoholic and non-beer options, as well as board and card games, and a cute patio for pups.
