Very disappointing experience. We placed a pickup order for chicken biryani through Uber Eats and were told it would be ready in 30–45 minutes. When we arrived, the staff seemed confused about the order and only found it after repeatedly checking their tablet. It felt unorganized and rushed.The biryani we ordered at a mild spice level was completely bland, and I was asked to wait again even after arriving on time. When I requested spoons, I was told they’d had a busy day and was given a fork instead. Overall, a poor experience and not worth the wait.

The food was good, but there were many service issues on the staff’s end. No receipt was provided at the end. They did not have any change to give back, so we ended up not receiving our change. A tip was charged, but no service was provided beyond the very basic level expected at a restaurant. The owner seems like a nice, Islamic gentleman, but the staff needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to this restaurant. Overall, we were not satisfied at all.

All the staff gave a very welcoming and awesome service especially Khushi is so sweet. Food was on point..... we drove all the way from US to Vancouver to try your Karhai and it was authentic and delicious.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this restaurant. I ordered 2 Chicken Karachi Biryanis, 1 Veggie Pakora, and 2 Colas. When the order arrived, both colas were missing, and I found a hair in the veggie pakora, which was extremely unhygienic. Even worse, the chicken and potatoes in the biryani were raw, and the overall taste was awful. This raised serious concerns about food safety. I immediately contacted the restaurant and requested a refund for the full amount ($88). Despite following up every day for over a week, they neither processed the refund nor showed any concern for my complaint or feedback. This experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant due to poor food quality, lack of hygiene, and terrible customer service.

The food was incredible and the service was flawless, but I need to be honest — I barely remember the menu because he completely stole my attention. The slightly chubby guy with curly hair was irresistibly cute, with a smile so warm it honestly deserves a spot on the menu as a house special. His charm, and sweet energy turned a simple meal last night into a truly memorable experience. I actually remembered to leave this review today while driving past the restaurant. Amazing food, amazing service, and one very cute reason to keep coming back. Posting this from a low-key account because some compliments are just a little too obvious to leave from a real one 😉 Whoever hired him knew exactly what they were doing.

Simranpreet was very helpful, kind and accommodating. The food came out rather quickly, however, noting that it wasn't very busy when I got here (around 10pm), so it may take longer during dinner/lunch rush. That said, the goat biryani was so good that I decided to also get some beef nihari to go. The goat meat was so tender and fell of the bone easily. The Chai here is very tasty, too. Not overtly sweet like most other places. This was a surprise find.
