If you want to go karkoram either get ample time out of ur life because there service is very bad they are seriously less in staff and the amount of people coming there is huge in numbers because the food was delicious the way I heard specially a friend from Pakistan recommended me to go and we went and my roommate loved it but the waiting period is pathetic there motive is to enjoy and relax but when it comes to food to much waiting also sometimes kill the taste but here one thing for sure happen is that taste for food is delicious which take us to wait
SO DISAPPOINTED with the service!! Made us wait for one hour and then says the appetizer we ordered is not available. Also the main dish was never prepared even after an hour. Yet they served three other tables who visited after us and gave reason as they pre ordered, what we clearly felt was the manager was bias and favoring people who he wanted to be treated.We had to walk away with hungry stomach after wasting one hour waiting for no reason.We had been here several times and will never visiting again where you are not treated with respect. I recommend the place to my friends and bought them here for dinner, and this made me regret all. This is how you loose customers.

Some of the best Pakistani food in the Vancouver area outside of Surrey, however it’s on the pricier side. Highly recommend the Koila karahi with the romali roti, but the chicken pokaras can use a bit more seasoning. Arsalan, our server, was very warm and welcoming. The service speed could use some improvement though.

Ordered a full lamb kharai and half chicken. The chicken was good and as expected.The rumali roti was great.The full mutton kharai was mostly just bones. Not worth the $60+ price for the lamb dish AT ALL.Brought this to management's attention and were told that they put the bones in for taste. Extremely disappointed.After paying about $35 per person the 5 of us went back home hungry.Will not be visiting again.

Food here is always delicious. We had mutton seekh kabab, barbecue chicken and mutton biryani. The food was tasty and filling. Their food does run a bit spicier than you would expect so if your tolerance is low then go with lower level of spice!

Great food in terms of quality and quantity.. ordered k2 platter and Lahore lamb Karahi.. even though food is good but service was frustrating .. had to call out multiple servers several times to get water when seated, to give out orders and it was so annoying at one point that we just gave up the mood of ordering drinks and desserts and wanted green chutney with k2 platter which they didn’t gave out initially..but no one would come to table and even after asking the hostess to take our order 3 times she would just say she will call the person assigned to table to take order instead of proactively taking it or calling someone and even after that no one showed up for literally 15 mins which is horrible hospitality. I understand that it was Friday night and busy but the service has lots of room to be more organized and in order and needs serious work but food is great and have been going there for a long while and will surely recommend everyone who enjoys South Asian cuisine and Pakistani cuisine ; ofcourse with a heads up of being prepared and have some patience for service lol.

One of the best chicken karahi in town! The owner is extremely friendly and very accommodating to everybody’s request. Don’t miss this late night spot. We ordered the medium smoky chicken karahi which is good enough for 2 people.
