The servers need more training . Customer service skills are not the greatest and no basic skills like remembering who ordered what, bringing cutlery and napkins, filling water up for the guests, etc . Not personable either.

Love this place. Reminds me of BarNone back in the day but more chill. I was helped by Erica ...or e money as she calls herself. smoke show and very nice taking time to sit and chat with us. A couple of old dudes so we appreciated that she was cool.

Reason for my 1 star is we waited 30+ minute for the main food and servers does not usually go to you unless you are a group of guys and buying so much drinks. It's our anniversary and we pre order everything and yet we waited a long time for food to come and for the bill to come. Waited a good 15 mins for the bill and a good 30 mins for the main to arrive. The servers are nice but they're not that attentive to other people. The food is bland as well. My anniversary dinner was not the one I expected but it is what it is.
To be honest, don't even go here for dinner date. Maybe for drink dates.
Also, don't expect for the servers and host to go around, they're just outside chilling in the corner while you wait long for your bills and food. No communication at all.

Erica’s hospitality was amazing and welcoming. The drinks at Karma Lounge were great, and the music made for a fantastic vibe. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

As a visitor to Vancouver, I was initially drawn to Karma by its charming vine decor. My experience was marred by the unsettling behavior of a man, presumably the owner, who was openly ogling female patrons and being inappropriately touchy, definitely a superior complex. This was particularly concerning given the young age of many of the servers, myself and my group noticed it very quickly.
Despite this discomfort, I commend our servers Hailey and Nicola, who were absolutely amazing and provided excellent service!

Came across from the island, my flight had a delayed posted while I was on the ferry over- it was delayed by 4 hours. I was recommended this spot as I heard there’s comfortable seating and delicious food. Since travelling for work, I had my laptop with me and work to be done, figured this would be the perfect spot. I got settled, ordered then I asked the waitress for the wifi was and was informed wifi is only for guests.
So if you’re like me, travelling for work, want to eat, have a coffee and get some work done.. do not go here.
There’s so many options downtown Vancouver I just canceled my order and immediately left.
