Even though I went around 17:00, there was a DJ.22-02 o'clock is hot~~The chocolate-flavored beer, Guinness, and margarita were delicious.

Upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere failed to establish the desired ambiance for our celebration. The subdued lighting, intended for creating a cozy setting, inadvertently made it challenging to comfortably visualize the menu. Our seating arrangement made of 3 round tables, lacked the inviting charm we had anticipated. It was disheartening to see the contrast in lighting between our area and other booths and tables in the lounge. We could have used a lamp in our seating area at least.The service further exacerbated our disappointment. Despite multiple reminders, the staff required repeated prompts for us to access gluten-free and nut-free menu options. One of our party members endured an unreasonably lengthy wait for a simple side order, which arrived well after the rest of the meal. The demeanor of the servers, characterized by sarcasm and a noticeable lack of warmth, left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued.Our disappointment was heightened when we were informed, accompanied by exaggerated hand gestures, of a $4 charge per slice of cake, as though we were unfamiliar with the concept of a slice?Overall, our experience at Karma's Lounge deviated significantly from the atmosphere we had envisioned. From the lackluster ambiance to the indifferent service and uninspiring food, our evening failed to meet our expectations. Always a nice vibe here, but the prices are quite high and the service is hit and miss. They didn't allow bill splitting, which made it difficult for a large group. I would still return because of the vibes and we've had good service in the past. Can't judge the service based on one experience.

Darwin ans Noah two of the best people that can serve you and make you feel like you belong. Best service I've ever had. And the manager Vanessa is a gem she handles everyone perfectly.

Came in tonight and ordered the jerk slider trio. Menu says it comes with a choice of side (fries, salad, etc.). Told my waitress (blonde lady) I didn’t get my side and she told me it doesn’t come with one even though the menu states it does. Complete rip off for the price and either the waitress was lying or the menu is inaccurate.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a server. Holly was so incredibly rude to us. She took 10 minutes to come to our table, we had to ask her for service while she was walking by. She had terrible manners, saying “are you done?!” And taking our food when clearly we weren’t done. Then when taking payment she rudely put the machine on the table and turned her back to us instead of the usual small talk. As soon as we finished paying she walked away with not even a thank you. She left us feeling like we were absolute pieces of garbage. It was my friends’ birthday and we can honestly say Holly ruined the dinner with her terrible energy and manners.As someone who has 10+ years in this industry I can say this isn’t the type of mistake that can be fixed with training either. It’s the overall personality.

Food was great but service was absolutely horrible. Servers are either standing around talking and dancing with each other or sitting on the couches not paying attention to their tables. They came around every 20 minutes to only clear dishes. Only asked once upon arrival if we wanted to order anything. Was definitely not an inviting environment servers looked like they hated their job. We also book for a standard table and got placed at a high top. Over all very disappointing experience.

I had this tall, skinny, white bartender serve me at the bar. Black curly hair I think. He left me waiting, was rude to me and gave me attitude when I didn't tip. Worst service I had in years. Someone fire that guy. Other than that great place.
