The asian staff there is extremely rude and do not do their job properly. I ordered a twister which is supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes. I got only lettuce and when I asked to ask about the tomatoes, the asian guy simply said ‘we don’t have’ Which is a huge lie. They seem to be disrespecting the other staff as well. The asian lady and the asian guy both have bad attitude and should be looked into having other staff.

KFC chicken is delicious and the gravy is a perfect dipping sauce. I know every chef has owned secret ingredients and food quality standards for recipes., but it could be better if the chicken is crispiest then absolutely it will be more customers. Bashar, Levely was very friendly and provided good custumer service. I recommended this store.

I placed my order online about 20 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, they completely ignored it and served someone who had just ordered in person right in front of me. When I asked about my order, the cashier started arguing with me instead of trying to help or even check the system. Super unprofessional and frustrating experience. If this is how they treat customers who order ahead, I won’t be coming back.

The guy working wa really rude. I walked out. He didn't want to give me the prices of chicken I wanted even though I said I would pay for the better meat. He went on about some story how the owner of the building wouldn't like it. It was really deranged to be honest. Then he started spitting as he was talking. Watched spit fly put of his mouth. Was very gross

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve ordered from this KFC on Davie Street, and almost every single time something is missing from my order. It really feels like they don’t care about their customers’ money, time, or experience. My latest order was on Friday, October 3rd, around 7:00 PM, and once again something was missing. On top of that, the chicken and the onion rings I received were very low quality—overly fatty, poorly prepared, and nothing like what KFC normally serves. It was extremely disappointing and felt careless. People work hard to earn their money, and when they order food they expect to get what they paid for. It’s extremely disappointing to be let down again and again. There should be some accountability and proper management in place, because mistakes like this, happening so often, are not acceptable.

I am regular customer of KFC, Today i went to KfC this guy in the picture waited me with my friends for 10 minutes and when we asked about our order he starts yelling and shouting without reason he couldn't handle the pressure of work, that behaviour by this old man was not acceptable for KFC customers, i request the DG to dismiss this guy from job or else you will lose a lot of customers, me and my friends will never visit KFC if this guys is not dismissed

’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a KFC. The staff spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way, which left me feeling completely unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, but instead I was met with attitude and no effort to resolve my concerns. Very unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this location.
