I had a big problem with my order. I spoke to the manager Levy and he dealt with my issue right away. I will continue going to this kfc location because the food is good and i feel better that i will ve taken care of if i have any order issues.

The employees here are always chatting on the other side in the kitchen when so many people are waiting. Also, it took them more than 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I hope management atleast try and remind their employees of basic customer service. Not expecting above and beyond anymore. Just decent one.

Arrived on time. Indian lady at counter saw the name on my phone and went inside. I kept waiting and she did not bother telling how long will it take. Another driver came and she asked the name of order and told him 5 minutes. I kept waiting and had to ask how long. She said waiting for fries and I saw there was no fries on my order. The other lady said it's been ready for a while. So basically as driver we have difficulty finding parking and wasting time is not really ideal. Should focus on check the order and responding how long it will take. Did not bother to even apologize for the mistake. Hope they can improve service.

Ordered famous chicken chicken sandwich through Uber with the deal buy one get 1 free, chicken was stale and cold, fries were cold too, and there was no delay on delivery so can’t be blamed on Uber delivery. The quality and taste of chicken was very disappointing. Will never order again.
