The most disgusting fried chicken i ever had,huge amount of oil inside and out of chiken,probably they just put the chicken in a cold oil…we ordered 18 wings for 52 dollars and all I’ve got it’s thighs which was had a dry meat inside.

Kitchens staff very loud, and they're talking too much. MARCH 19 10:30PM. I ordered, and they forgot mine. Waited 20 minutes, then they realized my order didn't prepared.Kitchen staff they are talking continuously it's annoying ay all times

We love Kentucky Fried Chicken but the KFC Davie St. Vancouver Staff are needingCustomer Service training! On Friday, March 15th, 2024 I entered this store & someone in the kitchen said to the rest of the staff "There's someone waiting at the counter in the front." I waited for 10 minutes & still nobody came to the front counter! A customer who was sitting & eating in this KFC told me that staff were having trouble with their computer, but that doesn't mean that staff should just ignore the customer! It would only take a moment for counter staff to come & tell me "Sorry Sir, we are having computer problems!" I would totally understand that, but to totally ignore the customer is unexceptable! I gave up & left the store & they lost out on a sale! These Davie St. KFC staff desperately need Customer Service Training!

It was 15 minutes late after my pick up time as I ordered two hours before I came to pick up(when I ordered to pick up at 5pm and ordered two hours ago at 3pm ,don't they have enough time to prepare and ready when I come to pick?)...so they missed my gravy,and they did not put my Pepsi until I noticed and asked for two cans,chicken tenders are as small as baby fingers. And this kind mistakes happened often before and I believe it will keep happening in the future. The employees looked innocent as they don't know what they are doing ...But this Davie Street is the only one in Westend Vancouver ...It is a very bad organizated service KFC store I ever been...I have been to Broadway KFC few times before ,much better and efficient there...Why this Davie KFC offers such poor service? ....Do something to save your reputation,don't let this bad service Davie store destroys other KFC store's reputation and efforts...

You can stand at the counter for 5 mins and nobody comes to serve you. Shout ‘excuse me’ to the staff in the back and they ignore you. Meanwhile I can see them unpacking boxes and ignoring the growing number of customers in the lobby. I’ll take my money to a business that wants it, thank you very much. Consistently the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any fast food place anywhere. I won’t be back.
We ordered the 6 Piece Hot & Spicy Bucket. It was terrible. The chicken was not fresh and smelled of old cooking oil. I never order from this restaurant again ?

I don't write reviews often but this place just made me write one. For the N'th time this place does not have the meat for standard bucket. They also do not make any alterations to the pieces to include so we won't be getting our chicken at this location anymore. Cheers

Most of the personnel of this restaurant are very bad manners and lazy people, their bad morals will remain as a bad memory in my life forever; They are very rude but instead of correcting themselves they misbehave with others. I was a five star deliverer but they ruined my rating which hurt my career and my reputation. Income stopped. My advice is to stay away from them so you don't regret it. May God guide 1147 KFC to good manners.
