I ordered through app from this place because KFC have inclusive promotion thanks to holidays. And it was my first time getting food from this location and based on the reviews I was expecting to be disappointed but thankfully it turned out they serve good food. My favorite meal is poutine and like I find from other locations this one was the best as always. I also loved the popcorn chicken it was so good. I didn't enjoyed the individual stuffing but am satisfyed by the over all quality of my meal. But am a little disappointed by the fact I ordered napkin but I didn't get any.

KFC itself a good brand .. but tonight experience was really bad.. guy not sure he was manager or what position dealing with customer was not nice not professional , no respect.. sorry food even was not nice .. no hygiene.. scared to go back there again

The food isn't the issue unless you go later at night and a particular east Indian guy is working. He doesn't know how to read orders. Messes up your order and after pointing it out, still refuses to admit he made a mistake. Blamed it on the app and called us idiots. Rarely wish people get fired but he for sure should not be in customer service or any job that requires comprehension.

Stupid slow service. Older employees with limited customer service experience I feel. Lack of accountability. A man has been waiting over 30 minutes for a online order and they totally disregarded the fact that he's been standing and waiting. No apology or thanks for your patience. Almost made it seem like it was his fault that he didn't mentioned thst he was willing to take any different style of chicken. Yall been in business here for a long time but the new look doesn't help. Get some proper workers or train those that are working to be more diligent about servicing your customers adequately. Do better.
