My son wanted to order the pickle meal sandwich box which comes with pickle friesz , a pickle Pepsi , and sandwich.
It wasn't until after everything was ordered and paid for that they informed us that they didn't have pickple Pepsi. Our box was also missig the pickle chips. They are so misleading , instead of letting us know they were out we ended up spending double the money just to get regular items. Very poor communication from the workers here do not visit this location

Over the years I’ve heard of people getting sick after eating here but decided to give this location a chance. I got food poisoning. Even after their renovation it’s clear that food safety isn’t a priority.
Ordered meal for asked for sup snack poutine and sup loaded pickle fries the guy wasn’t paying attention I spent 10 minutes trying to place the order and I just got attitude from the Indian male who was working at the counter

I went there yesterday (Aug. 27) at 5:25 pm did not get my order not until 6 pm. And when I came home to check the chicken, it was soggy and coating are gone. Chicken fall apart. The service slow. People just came in after me they got their order first before me. I was so frustrated with the waiting and not satisfied with the food. Not coming back there again. Chicken was terrible.😞

I went into order some chicken thighs. I ordered and paid. And then they told me it would take 15 minutes. In fact, it took about 25 minutes. And then when I got home to look at the chicken, it was nothing like a traditional Kentucky fried chicken with the crispy skin. It look more like a roast chicken from Costco. It was undercooked very little flavor. It looked pale and white. very very disappointed. Never go back to that place.
Good food with variety of chicken products. Good environment to dine in.

I go there I order the 12$ for 2 and the wearing sunglasses person says which one ? And talk rudely ! And say in punjabi we don’t sell any this product after 1 or 2 minute he says I have And says yeah I got it And food is terrible too oily I just came from I though I will eat because I m too hungry the food nd customer is 0 that ruins my mood and my appetite and stomach
