Few times now and the quality just isn’t consistent. The food often doesn’t taste fresh, and it’s disappointing to have the same issue every time. Really hoping they improve.

Unfortunately, there is no zero start to give you absolutely garbage. You don’t have lettuce. You don’t even put sauce on the burger and you charge me $13 for it so glad I returned it.

Last time when we ordered pickle fries, they forgot the whole item so we should have to go back to pick up again. And this time they forgot to put pickle on the top. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go back this time. They are not ready to sale pickle fries. Don't waste your money for extra option.

This hands down is the worst KFC i've ever had.. And i've given them many many chances.. What a joke. IF YOU DON'T MIND YOUR BELLY HURTING AFTER YOU EAT.GO FOR IT.. IF YOU DON'T MIND DRIPPING, GREASE, GO FOR IT.. IF YOU DON'T MIND THE ATTITUDE, YOU GET FROM THE STAFF, GO FOR IT. PLACES A RIP OFF WHAT A SHAME

Always delayed and not on time whatsoever. Very disappointing. Even though this is a fast food chain store, this is the worst and slowest kfc i have ever been to. Too slow every time.

Inedible. Had to throw out. Every single piece of chicken had soggy breading that came off to become a pile of oily mush. Bottom of the bucket was a pool of oil. 🤢

Plus, the delivery tracking option on the website was terrible. Would not update or provide an accurate ETA despite having past the ETA by 15 min. Would not even update to say it was out for delivery.

Very deceptive people. I ordered a spicy 2 piece and the workers ensured that spicy is available. Then they proceeded to refry the regular to make it look crispy for my order. Their kind always seem to have this sort of behaviour everywhere

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. I was standing in line, waiting for my turn to place an order at the cashier. When I finally reached the counter, the cashier told me that I had to use the kiosk to order. I politely said that I wanted to order at the counter, but she refused and said she would not take my order and that I must use the kiosk.

This kind of service is unacceptable. If customers are not allowed to order at the counter, then why make us wait in line? Not everyone prefers or feels comfortable using the kiosk. As a paying customer, I expect respect and the choice to order at the counter if it’s available.
