This place has been here for a very long time. A homey place with friendly service (seems to be family run). Prices and portions are reasonable. Street parking along Victoria or on the side streets in the residential areas.

I love this little restaurant on Victoria Drive. It’s a great place to stop for a meal while shopping along busy Victoria Drive or coming here just for their delicious pho. I went with my mom and it wasn’t busy. The people serving us were very attentive and friendly. They helped us pick the right pho for us that day. It was clean and I had no complaints at all. I love their Pho. Decently priced, The meat is tender, the broth feels gentle on the palate yet has a rich umami taste. It isn't scalding hot either so the noodles aren't overcooked. The staff are nice and the place is clean.
