Kings Kitchen is a Cantonese style Chinese restaurant. Ordered takeout from them during the pandemic several times. They sometimes have buy one get one free which is a very good deal. They have all day dim sum too, didn't think I could find somewhere that offers this in DT. BBQ pork fried rice - Basic standard Chinese style fried rice done right. Fried rice noodle with beef - Greasy but gooood, gotta treat myself sometimes even it's not the healthiest food. Beef is very tender. Dim sum - truffle dumpling / shrimp stuffed eggplant / eggyolk lava bun - All very delicious. Portion size is regular, not too big but not too small.

Authentic Chinese food in downtown Vancouver! The beef with green beans in black bean sauce, the beef was very tender. The sweet and sour pork was very tasty. The salt and pepper tofu was a great appy. Nina the owner was super friendly and welcoming. 2 thumbs up to King's Kitchen on Granville.
Decent Cantonese style food. The dine in combo meals are well priced with large portions.

This spot has become one of my go-to rotations of take out restaurants. The quality and quantity is fantastic each and every time, whether I order takeout or dine in. Their combo meals are amazing value and I can't even finish the meals, even though I want to since they are all so delicious. Some notable tasty dishes: - salt and pepper squid - tofu with shrimp paste - sweet and sour pork This place opened up at the beginning of the pandemic and I really hope they make it through to the other side. After a nice long chat with who I think is the owner, sharing their current various challenges, it has made me want to support them even more. They really deserve our business and I hope they get enough support to continue to be able to provide our neighbourhood with high quality and affordable Chinese food.
