Wow. I used to really enjoy this spot, especially because it’s so close to where I live. Unfortunately, after sitting for 15 minutes without any service, I don’t think I can keep supporting this place. The tables next to me ordered and received their food before anyone even came by to take our drink order. I understand it can be busy for such a well-known establishment, but this level of service is completely unacceptable.

That said, I can’t deny the ramen is still fire that’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review

One of the best Ramen with lovely staff

Great ramen and dessert! I got the original veggie ramen and their matcha cheesecake and loved both of them!
Also, the vibes were vibing!

Upon ordering our food, we waited for 45mins. We never got our food, another waiter came to our table told us that they messed up on the orders and had to place the order again.

Popular Japanese ramen shop located on University Boulevard at the heart of UBC, easy access for students, staff and faculty to dine and enjoy a good bowl of hot soup noodles. My favourite go - to from this place is Pork Miso Ramen and Yuzu Chill Ramen 🍜 yummm!
During the summer time, they have special menu and offer food options like cold noodles, refreshing lemonade and appetizers for summer! I enjoy their dessert as well!

Spicy ramen was horrible. Hard and salty, only a big full bowl of noddles…. Not recommended..

The ramen was good, although it was not as chewy as I liked them to be. The soup was too peppery. The service was slow.

Great lunch with veggie ramen- they serve the takeout with state of the art packaging which separates noodles from soup to maintain freshness- they even allowed us to sit together even though we ordered from multiple food outlets (two) (we were kicked out of the other food outlet even though it was empty) because only one of us had ordered there) 😔

Great Ramen, full of flavours. Staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend
