got an iced tea just passing by (which was pretty good btw), then got hooked by the vibe. such a cool place to check out and one i’ll definitely remember!

Ordered online as I have numerous times before. I notice you are delivering with UniUni now, which makes me not want to buy from your company ever again. My package is MIA. UniUni said they attempted delivery 2 days ago, but I was home the entire time, they did not attempt delivery. Now I have no idea where my order is or if I'm ever even going to receive it. There's no way to contact UniUni. What a nightmare. If you continue to use UniUni, I'll be buying my glasses elsewhere!

Unfortunately didn’t feel like I was getting any service or help like I usually do at other eyeglass stores. I had been looking for a while and I couldn’t differentiate who worked there and who didn’t because the employees blended in casually. I drove an hour to get here and was really excited to try on some glasses but just felt a bit frustrated with the experience

I rarely leave reviews, but this one got to me. I walked into this place excited to purchase eyeglasses and grab a coffee, but was so turned off by the tense snobby attitude of all the employees. Not one person greeted me or acknowledged I was there. At least 4 employess saw me. Not a single hi, if anything they walked by me and gave me attitude. One of them was putting glasses on the shelf and kept looking, but with a sassy attitude “like I know you’re there but I’m so full of myself”. I’m glad I got to go in and not purchase online first, now I know what kind of company this is and will not be contributing a dime. You could tell exactly what type of people are their customers and what kind of people run the place.

I ordered 3 glasses and they were all totally wrong after I received them. I wear one of them for a week and I think I totally damaged my eyes.
They took the glasses from me and literally said: it's human error and you will be contacted in a few week when we send you again. No apologies or explanation. Had to wait 1 hrs for the ridiculous customer service. It got more ridiculous when they told me it's not the store's issue, you ordered online and you should talk to customer service if you have any issues.
This has probably damaged my eyes and I will pursue it seriously.
Awful experience and I think if you have any respect for yourself, don't do any orders with them.

I've been a customer of Kits for a couple of years, and whenever I've had any issues, they've always made sure I was satisfied. I believe they treat all their customers this way. Recently, I accidentally ordered polarized glasses instead of photochromatic ones, and they quickly helped me get the right pair. Their customer service is prompt and very accommodating. Every time I've ordered glasses online after an eye test, they've been perfect. I have no complaints. Thank you, Kits, for your great work. Wishing you a very happy New Year.
They run this more like a boutique and less like a service space. I went in to get an eye exam since I had a gift certificate. The staff ignored me and after asking if I could see someone (I had an appointment), I was treated super rudely but I thought maybe it was a fluke. The doctor was very nice, but then the rest of the staff kept ignoring me and saying they were “fully busy” when they were just standing around. Nobody helped me, nobody even tried to sell anything to me, so when I asked for the 3rd time, they finally helped me. I then asked if I could use my gift certificate and they told me to just do it online as it was more of a hassle for them to do it. It might have been just an off day, but I don’t think I will be coming back.
