I love my glasses from Kits! For my first order, I ordered a pair that was massive because I didn’t understand sizing. When I contacted them, the customer service was handled by a polite human who offered a variety of solutions. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will DEFINITELY order from them in the future!

Interesting concept for a business with glasses and coffee. I like the idea but it was a bit chaotic but fine. My low review is only for the coffee shop. We ordered two matcha lattes and they were both so weak. Unfortunately another coffee shop in van that has terrible Matcha lattes that just taste like milk.

I have been wearing spectacles for over 20 years and have experimented with various companies. This place by far has the most affordable prices and most importantly, the greatest customer service. I have gotten multiple pairs of glasses here and have been satisfied with all of them. The staff over email and the phone are all very helpful and put customers needs first. You literally cannot find prices like this anywhere else

I do recommend visiting if you have progressive lenses, as they have to measure something on them that is frame specific. Single vision glasses can be ordered online without the issue.
Let me just say this: If you are going to buy glasses, don’t buy a coffee first - they’ll give you a free coupon afterward. The coffee was great.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but my customer service experience with Kits Eyewear has been really incredible. I ordered my glasses from Kits where they fit them and order them right on the spot. It was so quick and easy, and I got a free coffee voucher as well. My glasses came quickly and needed a tiny bit of adjusting. I took them in person the store and was helped on the spot. Later, I had an accident with my glasses and emailed customer service. They sent me a new pair right away. Mostly wanted to give a good review based on their customer service but their coffee is also awesome :)
