I ordered a 3 pairs of prescription sunglasses and reading glasses from kits and chose three of their designs. The company is online so I you can only really do a virtual "try-on". I've visited their store in Kitsilano but not all frames are available to try. One of the frames did not have a good fit but they do have a replacement guarantee. I came in to exchange my prescription glasses that I ordered online. The girl that helped me wearing the Karlek glasses was so friendly and helpful. It was the quickest transaction I have ever experienced, with great customer service.
