I was walking by the other day and decided to grab something quick. I was impressed by how friendly and kind the manager is. I believe his name is Rodrigo.

The manager treats his employees terribly! And they gave me cow's milk instead of oat milk. Don't go there
Always just mid. The latte could be Folgers. Overpriced. I always come back hoping for better and it never is. This is a reminder for myself

Am long time customer of kits coffee as a regular in this best kitsilano community social gathering place! I always pop in to pick up what I know is the Absolutely bar none the Best Mocha in all the kits neighbourhood west 4th avenue and west broadway No other coffee house has any mochas that begin to compare or the professional barristas or like the new manager Ali also a baker. his brilliant smile and warm welcoming community oriented spirit and masterful baking are truly joyful spirit lifters making everyone feel listened to understand and highly valued as do all his barristas like My “little Brother” Rodrigo really every barista has become like family. Do come in and keep coming back to enjoy this home away from home!🩷🐾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰🌟DebJ

Amazing corner house style cafe with a good amount of space. I got the Americano and it was 🔥 happy to have found it on BeanBonus!

I came in yesterday and the service was fine but they need to improve the matcha latte. I tried the matcha latte and it honestly tasted just like milk. The matcha flavor was very weak and pretty much nonexistent. I might remove this review soon, bc I just wanted to send a message to the cafe in the hope they can improve their matcha for other customers, because the many other cafes in Vancouver have a strong and authentic matcha flavor. The issue underlying their matcha could be a quality with the powder, foul usage of bamboo whisk, or insufficient amount of matcha power applied etc.
Cappuccino was a latte and pricey for the quality.

This place used to be awesome… everything is so overpriced for what you get now. Nearly 15 dollars is insane for these sad sandwiches. Wraps were garbage and the coffee really isn’t anything special either.
I ordered the B.L.T.C. breakfast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread was hard as a rock, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was no sauce to bring it together. For $17, I expected much better. Honestly, an Egg McMuffin from McDonald’s would have been a more satisfying choice.

I don’t like to trash small businesses, but sometimes you have to bring things to a business owner’s attention. My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch. We spotted some mold on one of the sandwiches, so I grabbed a slice of lemon loaf instead. When I sat down to eat it at a table, I flipped it over and found mold on that too. Needless to say, we had our food refunded. We took our coffee and mocha out to the car to drink them on our way home, but neither were very good. I feel bad for posting a bad review, but moldy food isn’t something that should be ignored. Hopefully, the owner will do a better job of keeping an eye on how long the food has been sitting out in the future.
