A caffè mocha, also called mochaccino, is a chocolate-flavoured espresso beverage that is a variant of a caffè latte. a Hot Chocolate with a double shot of our high quality espresso. Whip cream optional. Includes a heaping helping of chocolate but it can be customized with Vanilla or Caramel.
Medium Roast
We have taken great care to curate our drip coffee blends. Our medium blends vary on a daily basis. Typically one of the following or equivalent blends; Mexican, Nicaraguan, Breakfast blend, or Guatemalan.

Am long time customer of kits coffee as a regular in this best kitsilano community social gathering place! I always pop in to pick up what I know is the Absolutely bar none the Best Mocha in all the kits neighbourhood west 4th avenue and west broadway No other coffee house has any mochas that begin to compare or the professional barristas or like the new manager Ali also a baker. his brilliant smile and warm welcoming community oriented spirit and masterful baking are truly joyful...

This is my favorite coffee shop hands down! The new owners have done an amazing job at keeping the community atmosphere going and preserving the quality food and drinks. So much so that I spend more time here than ever before! The staff are all very friendly and offer great service. I really can't recommend this place enough! Amazing coffee's and exceptional sandwiches - especially the Italian Panini!

I ordered a Chai and a sandwich. Both are fantastic and so delicious. The couch I’m sitting on is super comfortable, and the guy at the register was so nice. So glad I came in here. Thanks
