I stumbled upon this restaurant/cafe while I was strolling down 4th with a friend. We saw their very appealing look on the outside and had to check it out. I ordered their açai bowl and my friend got the coffee crisp smoothie and WOW. They were both delicious. The açai bowl was flavourful, the granola was homemade and the fruit was fresh and sweet. The smoothie had just the right amount of coffee in it without it being overpowering while still being able to taste the other flavours. We were one of the only customers in the store at the time so our food was made fast and efficiently. The person working behind the counter was knowledgable and could recommend very good items on the menu. Would definitely return!

On a late December afternoon, we stopped by for some work, followed by a delightful dinner. The tea was flavorful, and the special holiday bowl was an inventive vegan delight. Our favorite was the laksa. This gem in Kitsilano deserves more attention. The service was great, prices reasonable, and the preparation swift. We highly recommend!

This place tastes like veggie summer. They bowls that are great! I've never been inside their restaurant but food is good delivery, if you need a healthy lunch. I have walked by a few times and it looks like a cosy, beachy place.

Recently visited Kokomo and it totally blew me away! First off, the ambiance is cozy and inviting – perfect for a chill lunch with friends. The menu was a delightful surprise, packed with creative vegetarian options that even my non-veggie friends loved. The 'Enchilada Salad' on the side were the perfect complement, crispy and seasoned to perfection. The staff deserves a shoutout too – super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Kokomo is a gem for anyone looking to explore delicious vegetarian cuisine in a laid-back setting. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

Love Kokomo! Took out an Almond Noodle Salad and Blueberry Matcha Smoothie. The chili oil was the perfect kick to the salad. It had the perfect amount of sauce; there is nothing worse than a dry noodle dish. Good, simple toppings with the furikake and green onions. The smoothie was very tasty. Creamy and the earthy matcha flavour was there. The staff was very friendly and we were able to place our order & pay, then pick it up after running some errands in the Kits area. Cute aesthetic inside like at other Kokomo locations!

I’ve been wanting to try this place forever and I’m so glad I finally did. The aesthetic is super cute and friendly! I got the Shawarma Macro bowl and it was delicious. It was really filling and I loved the marinated soy curls and tzatziki in there. I would’ve loved to get a smoothie as well but honestly, I found the pricing to be a bit on the expensive side. (The bowl was $18 and the smoothie would’ve been $12-14.) I have my eye on the Coffee Crisp one, so I’ll have to come back and try that another time! Also, I’m sure the bowl would’ve tasted ten times better if you eat it there instead of ordering take out so would definitely recommend doing that.

I went to their location on Commerical. It was early morning after Acupuncture and I had some time before my Doctors appointment at 10:30am, so needed a good breakfast. I wanted something gluten and dairy free. Walked in and out of a few cafes trying to find something I could eat when I stumbled upon Kokomo. Their Açai bowl was incredible - a açai berry base with lots of healthy toppings like a GF granola, fruits, seeds and almond butter. Loved it!Also ordered a lush green smoothie that was packed with so much goodness. Unfortunately, I couldn't bare the taste of raw concentrated turmeric so I barely drank it. For those who can tolerate strong turmeric, this is probably the drink for you. Although I personally didn't like it, I know this drink is packed with anti inflammatory properties. Loved the staff. New staff in training and she was wonderful, along with the one who was training her.Cute little place on Commercial. Gotta try their other locations.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of the food. But this was an amazing culinary experience. All the flavours were super balance. The textures and the quality of the ingredients were on point. The service was informal, fast and friendly. I think that was over priced but it was worth it, we got to eat outside. It was nice that the restaurant is not on the main street so we had a quieter experience and the portions were generous. So far this is the only restaurant in Vancouver that I have given a four star review for whatever that is worth. I will be going back to this place 100% for sure. I had the Shawarma and we had another bowl which I don’t recall with rice noodles that was really good too.

The food is fresh made with love and served with kindness and a smile ! Wonderful staff. I had my usual Shawarma Macro today. Delicious. I would wish you could have better signage so people could see your restaurant and enjoy your food …
