Was looking for items that were both gf & vegan. But, unfortunately, there were no options. I bought the vegan cinnamon roll for my husband & he said that it was 😋.

Completely empty on a Saturday. Very suspicious. I didn't order any food but it's weird that one of the only food places in this neighbourhood would be empty.
The best matcha ever, ask for it with oat milk!!
The ABJ acai bowl is so good and refreshing!

Ubereats order for a Banchan bowl. They sent a soggy, wet burger instead of the bowl. Not sure how that kind of error happens when the names are entirely different.
Visited this place for the 1st time today with friends. Food was decent. 0 stars for customer service. Experienced very bizarre behaviour from the female employee who was taking orders and bringing them out to the tables. She was silently raging behind the counters and talking to herself, and was making very unpleasant facial expressions. When we had finished our food, she angrily took our plates and told us there are 30min left to closing. Few minutes later she starts to aggressively tidy and broom the place. We then decided to leave, as we leave we say thankyou and she responds sarcastically making a weird face at us. First & last time at this location.

I'm not vegan but I always come here when I want a burger. I LOVE the hot Nashville sandwich and the almond noodle salad

I love that Kokomo offers lots of vegan options ranging from healthy to comfort food! That being said, the items on their menu have been very hit or miss for me.
Their Kokomo burger is one of my favorite vegan burgers - it’s saucy and cheesy and not overly flavorful. It’s a little expensive for the size, but I find it worth it as a treat. I also love the Golden Laksa noodles, which are comforting and saucy.
However, their Strawberry Matcha is the worst matcha I’ve ever had - it’s bitter and tastes nothing like strawberries, and I’m disappointed at the low quality matcha used for an $8 drink. My partner and I both agreed it wasn’t drinkable at all and ended up dumping it I’d skip this! The Banana Split coffee, while very sweet, is a lot better. I think the poutine is skippable too - it’s super salty while also being not very flavorful.
I’d still visit again! With the right items ordered, Kokomo is delicious

I was settling my family into our outdoor table, waiting for our out of town guests to arrive, when your staff member came out and scolded us for sitting down while loudly proclaiming that her co-worker knew we were ordering food from The Flourist. Although that was true, our plan was to order juices and smoothies from Kokomo (which we did) as well as some baked goods from The Flourist for all of our visitors to enjoy. When your staff was asked if that would be a problem, they turned around and walked back to the counter in a huff. We eventually ended up moving tables to avoid the constant glares from inside. This is likely a reflection of how this establishment is being managed. The encounter with your staff left our family and friends with such a sour experience that I will no longer recommend this spot as a place for locals or visitors to check out.

Espresso - 5/5 .
Green giant smoothie - 5/5
Açaà bowl - 3/5. Mainly due to the fact that they put frozen blueberries and raspberries in it that weren’t thawed and were still hard. If it wasn’t for that would be a perfect açaà bowl.
Atmosphere/vibe could be a bit more warm , very minimal.
Overall would recommend, but with a few tweaks this place could be a lot better.
