Uber’s from this place, asked for utensils did not get any, called in to check and girl working there kept telling me“no you didn’t!”. Which I literally did, because I know Im eating outside not at home, I’m ordering to a mahjong place. I specifically checked the box for utensils. Dispite that, the Mazesoba tasted very very salty, I order from Kokoro a lot from the one in UBC, never experienced anything like this. Never eating at this one again.

Service was great! As soon as we entered we immediately got seated and served water, they checked with us that we didn’t want another bowl multiple times, and when we received the ramen it was hot and very tasty!

I don’t know why,but classic mazesoba was spicy. Only this location. It was just delicious at Riverdistrict and metrotown location. My daughter ate pork gyoza and rice. We thought maybe something from the seasonal menu (Spicy mazesoba) was mixed in.
The atmosphere was more like a cafe than a ramen shop.

My favorite dish and a restaurant I visit once or twice a month! Excellent food quality, great portions (I always go for the XL), and overall good service. Though in this specific location I felt the staff wasn’t as friendly as in others, it was still a good experience.

This place is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The ramen is delicious with rich flavors and fresh ingredients — every bite feels comforting and satisfying. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, which makes the experience even better. And the best part? The noodles are more like udon-style wet mixed noodles, not too small but perfect size. The flavors were great—savory, well-seasoned, and not over powering each other

the portion sizes are generous, and just when you are about to finish your bowl, they bring you a complimentary small bowl of rice to help finish off your meal. It’s a nice touch to end the meal and not waste any remaining sauce.

Items were not available on the uber app despite it displaying that the store was open. Once the item was placed in cart, the uber app said that they weren’t available.

My girlfriend called the store multiple times and they did not pick up the phone, and we waited a few minutes to call again and no one picked up. She had to reach out to the Metrotown location to get help with our order. However, since they are not the same location, they were not able to reach Kerrisdale location either.

She was advised to try again which we did, and the Kerrisdale location never picked up. I don’t recommend this place as their online app services is showing the wrong time and also displaying no available items. Furthermore, having spent a chunk of time that would have made anyone’s dinner cold, we still did not get help at the end.

Highly don’t recommend.

The food was fine or maybe a little underwhelming. We had two different ramens and found it a little expensive considering how few ingredients you get. Service was very good, the staff were very attentive and kind.

We have two order of ramen cost $40 . I told the waitress I want to pay 12% tips .she told me no that option, she helped me press the button and charged me $50 . I think it is not honest service.

Amazing first visit to Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba! We had the Tamago Ramen and Karaage — both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Cozy atmosphere, super friendly and attentive staff. Can’t wait to come back and try their signature mazesoba!
