Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba - River District

Their ramen is delicious! Usually we don’t eat ramen because their soup base is always very salty. But we gave it a try and loved the soup which is perfect and the ramen is crunchy. The charsiu is also cooked well. I love their Hokkaido ice cream the best. Wednesday is free for members. That makes it even worth it to eat at this ramen restaurant.

This restaurant has become a regular visit for us. We were just saying it's a good thing we don't live closer, because we'd eat here way too often. The mazesoba bowls are exquisite, fresh, so full of flavour, and customizable to your liking. Service is friendly, and quick as well. The area is also perfect for a walk along the river after a big meal :)

Place an order at 9.07 on uber but my order was cancelled because they close at 9.30 and I like down stairs from it I was going to pick it up lol never going here again because it seems like they really like to go home early

Ramen is a bit too oily but overall okay. There are better ramen restaurants out there, but the atmosphere is very nice. Service was decent too.

This place really needs to get it together with the management. It’s unfortunate because the food is really good here and the service is fine when there are enough staff. But there lies the problem. This place is usually under-staffed and poorly managed. Service can take forever (make sure you get a table with a working tablet) and it can take really long for food to arrive. Our DoorDash order was delayed over 30 mins because food wasn’t ready. All this seems to be an issue of inadequate staffing and I wish the management would do something to address this

I'm from California, and every time I'm in Vancouver, I make a point to come here for ramen. My boyfriend and I both ordered the Mazesoba Ramen Deluxe, with pork, and a side of rice. One of my favorite parts is mixing the chili powder, white vinegar, and egg yolk before diving in—it's an incredible flavor combo. The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the mix of seasonings really makes the dish stand out, especially with the touch of vinegar that brightens everything up. There is also an assortment of appetizers and desserts.

The atmosphere is usually always calm and never too crowded at this location. We got seated right away, and our food arrived in about 10–15 minutes. For two people, including tip, we spent around $38 USD, which felt like a great deal for the quality and experience.

Highly recommend if you're a ramen lover or want something unique and delicious!

They have expanded too quickly, and their quality has massively decreased.
They have switched their ordering system to tablets which in theory should make things much more efficient.
However, when you try to call a server using the tablet for something like the free rice that is advertised at the end of your meal, no one comes to help you.
What is the point of having the tip function during payment?
The employees here are similar to that of a fast food restaurant, simply bringing the food to your table.

Great Korean dining

-Absolute magnificent interior design
-Menu with great range
-Tasty broth and bowls with generous portions bowl portions
-Absolutely reasonable pricing
-One of the better aburi pork I’ve eaten, not too thin, creamy and fitting smell
-Big green onion chunks
-The noodles are also delicious, slightly thick (in my opinion) and chew
-all in all a unique restaurant; would 100% recommend

Love the Mazesoba here! Sooo good.

Very nice and cozy ramen place just around the corner. They offer a selection of ramen, drinks, and desserts. The server was friendly—there was only one working at the time. Great spot for a quick and cozy meal.

Food was good. Quick and tasty. Will visit again with my family.
