I’ve been to Kosoo quite often over the last few years, but today it just lost a customer. The waiter spotted us waiting to be seated; he did not approach us for the following 10 minutes. After waiting, my party decided to go up to her and ask if there are any tables, which she responded in a annoyed tone to scan the qr code at the cashier because there are no seats at the moment. I understand that waiters are busy, but it was very rude for them to acknowledge our presence and ignore us. Will not be coming back here.
