Kozak was recommended by a recent immigrant from Ukraine as being very authentic. It sure seemed like it, with wonderful, satisfying food in a very nice atmosphere. We had sourdough bread, wild boar pierogis, potato pierogis, UA beer, kvass and Napoleon cake, all of which were excellent! It was also a relief to express my feelings toward Putler. Nice touch.

Food is wonderful. Lots of home recipes with a lovely atmosphere and decent wine selection.Dietary restrictions: Example: Mushroom cabbage rolls instead of meat onesWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is level with the street so wheelchairs can get in fine.

Outright brilliant experience. Wide selection to choose from, much of it great for sharing. Staff were pleasant and attentive throughout the evening even with every seat taken. Looking forward to returning just to keep working through the menu..

The restaurant food (I tried perogies and potato pancakes) was great and they even have a little cafe/bakery area where I ordered a giant cookie to take home.
Just an incredible experience. The vibes are on point, you get a great amount of food for what you pay, and the food is all so delicious!
