Too cold sushi. Bland. Miso soup OK. Ginger and wasabi good. Pretty good red/black rice. Order at counter. You'll always know what time it is in this business catering restaurant. Pay extra for tea in mesh bag.

Absolutely the worst Bento Box I have ever had! I have never left a negative review but this was bad bad bad...miso soup tasted like dirty water..Chicken weird considtentlyband dry and tasteless even the gyoza was bad.

Ordered Chicken Donburi, no much flavour and didn’t taste very good. Just like any ordinary chicken i can make at home. They should at least keep the chicken skin to make it crisp.

This place is my go-to spot for a healthy, quiet lunch break (or easy grab and go too!). Great value and delicious! I was a little disappointed to learn they stopped giving the free side of miso soup, but I still highly recommend Kuroi.

This has become my to-go takeout restaurant. Both their service and their food are amazing. I’ve been constantly having takeout for almost a month now a few times a week. I love their unique rice used in their food and their spicy sauces are amazing as well.
