REPOST as the owners clearly are manipulating the reviews by having negative ones removed.

The food is okay quality, the menu overly complex. I’ve eaten here three times and each time the food was slow to come out with a half-assed “sorry” when delivered (no apology during the long wait) and the servers are very inattentive. The service would need to be improved before I came back.

Good service but food was relatively less flavorful than expected.

Honestly the best food, price, atmosphere and service we’ve had in Vancouver. Everything we ordered was so so delicious and came out fast and hot. Prices are fantastic, and the serving sizes are generous. So nice to find a comfortable place you can sit and talk with friends (and actually hear them!) without feeling pressured to leave.

Great value for Taiwanese food. The ambience is nice. They have comfy chairs. We sat in the very back where there is a TV and feels like you are in a private area. Food tastes great!

I was really impressed by this restaurant! The staff were friendly, atmosphere was aesthetic and welcoming, and the food was exactly what I was craving for Taiwanese food. I got the sausage rice set, which came with side dishes I was not expecting, all for a very good price. Bogo mango-pineapple drink was also very tasty! The popcorn chicken lacked the Taiwanese 盐酥鸡 flavor, but it still tasted delicious. Portion sizes are quite good. Everything was well worth it and I'd definitely come here again.

Great food! I like their pop corn chicken but bubble tea is average below. I ordered passion fruit green tea and it’s watery.

We all ordered the braised beef noodles and it was not great. The beef was impossibly tough yet marbled with loads of fat. The broth was greasy and the flavour did not resonate with us. The front of house was mostly empty yet we were seated in the very back of the restaurant so service was lacking - empty water glasses and no one checked on us after the food was served.

Great interior and atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Ordered fried chicken with garlic soy but it was very salty and no flavor. Got the spicy beef noodle soup but very salty and the broth was disappointing. Best thing was the complimentary sweet tofu.

Nice to have a good Taiwanese food place dt. The price is also reasonable. The mochi mango slush is quite special and delicious. The mochi inside almost taste like cheese. Lol, just hard to suck it out with a straw. You need a spoon for it. All food was delicious.

Didn't feel super special inside. Chicken was good but local standards are high. We should have tried the boba, I feel like that is what they do best. Server completely failed to understand gluten allergy, definitely not advised for celiacs.

Very authentic food that brings me nostalgia of my own town Taiwan.

My daughter enjoyed the strawberry sparkling milki drink very much! Fun decor inside. One thing, the lids. Maybe try changing the lids. It is a bit inconvenient and hard to understand, also the straw didn’t really fit. It took a while for us to figure out that we had to poke the big hole out, which was challenging. At least the straw was paper!

100% NOT authentic Taiwanese food.
It’s an off Japanese version of dishes like Beef Noodle and popcorn chicken. Missing the flavors or what you’d expect from Taiwanese cuisine.

Bad menu and a strange ordering system/service. None of which was explained prior to our meal.

It’s edible and slightly cheaper than most food downtown- so it has that going for it.
