Kwong Chow Congee & Noodle House(Best Price on Website!)

I miss going to this restaurant for their amazing lunches and their good value, variety & selection menu. Dinner ordered via Door Dash was as expected. Impacted by inflation, it was pricy. Ordered Peking pork chops, dried salted fish & chicken fried rice (I tasted the dried salted fish, love it! Acquired taste!) The beef tripe with tossed noodle was a little disappointing. Though tasty, portion was smaller than expected for its price.

Went there for the first time tonight with 2 friends. I ordered BBQ duck and BBQ pork on rice. My friends ordered seafood hot pot and pork stomach in broth. Let’s just say I wish we went to McDonald’s instead. The food was TERRIBLE. The bill was $83 including tax. If you are in the mood for Chinese food, go somewhere else. We only came here cuz it was close by and didn’t want to drive down to Richmond

Alot disappointed in my fish congee today. Even my 88 year old mom says the fish has gone down hill. After years of ordering food through Door Dash, I have to think twice about ordering the tough fish in my congee in the future ! Will try to find a new congee place.

They are open until midnight and cash only. The Chinese food here is legitimately classic and authentic. We had da lang and ordered deep fried pork intestines which were juicy and crisp and served with refreshing pickled vegetables. The pea shoot tips were super tender and delicious. The deep fried silverfish was nice and crispy. The plain congee was creamy and nourishing to the soul. Last, their honey garlic spareribs were juicy and awesome! A great late night meal.

Do NOT use their delivery app, Zomi. It took all my credit card information and then would not accept my address. The restaurant never received my order, and now I need to track my credit card to see if it has been compromised. The restaurant would not take any responsibility.
