Amazing collection of pastries and brunch sandwiches. I tried pain chocolat, pan Swiss, laminated brioche and breakfast sando and a sweet that I don’t remember the name of which was actually the only thing that I didn’t like.I loved every item I got except the one that I don’t remember the name of and I would recommend laminated brioche the highest. I had to get 3 of those because my 3 year old son devoured them as soon as I got it so I had to get 2 for him so he let me enjoy mine!!Oh btw the cappuccino and latte was world class. Loved how fresh and aromatic it was.Update:I loved the laminated brioche so much that I came back again alone to enjoy it to the fullest it was amazing again.I also tried pan Swiss again and tried a new item: Ciabatta. I wasn’t the fan of the ciabatta especially the soggy grilled lettuce was not appetizing at all and the best thing about that sandwich was eating the bread by itself. I would recommend breakfast sando over ciabatta every time.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly the chef actually came to our table just to meet my 3 year old who twice ate my laminated brioche making me have to go back and order laminated brioche 2 separate times until I finally got to eat it.

Food/Drink Quality- The bread itself actually looks pretty cute, but it tasted really dry, and I suspect it was yesterday’s bread.- For the drink, I ordered ice earl gray tea misto, and what I got was a glass of milk with ice and a tea bag inside. Imagine a cup of milk without any tea flavor in it…I’d suggest them to at least steep the tea for 3 minutes, chill it with ice, then fill the rest with milk. It’s disappointing to be served with such a product.Service- Payment view on POS was in French, which was challenging for non-French speakers.- Drink callout was not loud, made it difficult for customers to be noticed when their drinks were ready.

Nice little bright and cozy bakery/cafe.Inside was quite spacious as it wrapped around the corner of the ground floor; and outside tables are also available. As far as their baked goods go, I personally felt they were quite average. Nothing fancy, nothing unusual but just what you would expect at most any other above average bakery/cafe to be.

The $12 salmon "baguette" is a tiny and stingy portion, and it was like yesterday's bread.

Their croissants used to be up there with few of the very best in the city. But after they moved to the new location, something changed. The croissants are not as crispy and flakey on the outside and the air bubbles inside are noticeably smaller and denser. I wonder if they changed the recipe or the baking equipment to accommodate the bigger volume. Also, the decor of the new location feels a bit sterile.

??Laminated brioche: I asked for something not so sweet and the girl recommended this one. She said the difference between this and a butter croissant was the brioche was more flaky. I couldn’t tell if there’s a difference but it was buttery, flaky while the inside was moist. And the size was generous??pistachio rocher: The chocolate ouside was p sweet, but the pistachio cream on the second layer was not sweet at all, there was runny, nutty and salty pistachio sauce in the middle, which balances out the sweetness. The combination of crispy wafers and soft sponge cakes gave it a mixed texture that brought the experience to the next level.

I love this place! It is quite small, but if you are able to get there in some of the off hours just to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry, it is a must. The croissants are always fresh, and their pain au chocolate, is the perfect amount of buttery and sweetness. My go to is always a cappuccino with a pain au chocolate along with their smoked salmon sandwich. I crave this all the time! They also have a number of cute tarts and other small pastries to serve as dessert at home. Do be aware that seating is limited, but they do try to uphold only a 45 min seating time, which I think is reasonable.

Visited for the hot chocolate festival and it was a delight! Got the Mr.loyal and it came with more than one pastry/treat which was the first and only place that I went to with more than one baked good. The madeleine was soft and moist, the bon bon was crispy which contrasted the textures nicely. Never had a canelé before but it was good and all 3 good to dip in the chocolate. It was also semi interactive as I used a spoon to crack the chocolate top. The hot chocolate was good and other milk options were available so I got almond milk.Staff were nice and friendly and lovely atmosphere. Kind of an open concept where you can see the kitchen, minimalist style, seating against the walls but limited. Will go again to try their regular items.

If you’re a lover of pastries, you have to come here. You can tell that their pastries were made with the utmost care and attention to detail. My only complaint was that it wasn’t as sweet as I would like it to be, but that comes down to personal preference.

Lemon tart was delicious: from the mouth-melting crust, to the bright & vitalizing lemon curd, all the way to the not-too-sweet, soft brûlée'd marshmallow. The ambiance is warm and modern; the staff are professional and welcoming.
