I tried a Double Scoop of Passion Tropical Sorbet and Vanilla Bean. The flavour and quality of the ice cream was amazing, and I loved how they put a tiny but lovely merengue on top of the ice cream when the ice cream was being served. The service was good and efficient. The ice cream shop interior is apparently properly taken cared of and has a relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, the ice cream shop offers some tables and chairs to enjoy the ice cream outside of the shop itself.
Easily the best ice cream in Vancouver, I really don’t get why there aren’t massive lines here when it’s so much better than the usual spots people flock to. The macaron caramel brûlée is my favourite. Everything feels really thoughtfully made and extra in the best way. The shop itself is a vibe, and there’s a little patio out front that’s perfect for sitting on a nice day. It’s honestly one of those places you kind of want to keep to yourself, but it’s just too...

Staff are wonderful and the changing monthly flavours are fantastic. Though my ultimate fave is the spicy chocolate.
