Under new management. Used to be one of my fave places. Now it's terrible.
I tried it twice, just in case first time was a fluke. First time I had the pork and chicken rice plate. Meat tasted like it had gone bad and rice was gross.
Second time, I had the house special beef pho. Most of the meat tasted rotten and the noodles were awful. It doesn't taste like Viet food anymore. Also pho didn't come with anything except small pinch of bean sprouts. No basil or jalapeno etc
Won't be coming back here anymore. Store also wasn't ready until 40 min after 11am (opening time) and seemed understaffed mom and pop place.
Most disappointing of all was lack of authentic flavor and the service is just meh.

Horrible experience , They forgot half of the food we ordered, and refuse to make it up to us or even say sorry for forgetting items.
Their excuse is they are out of that stuff. Yet there is a grocery store right next door. And no word about the missing 6 ingredients when we ordered. Cool ,pho with out bean sprouts , basil, jalapeño, lime, housen or hot sauce. Just a bunch of bland broth , over cooked noodles and like 2 pieces of meat Flavor is mediocre and a bad attitude from the staff.
The experience soured us so much that we will 100 % never return.
There are soo many other good Vietnamese restaurants around. skip this one at all costs .

Got the house special beef pho with everything, the house special cambodian pho with shrimp and the salt and peppery chicken wings.
I had one shrimp turned to mush when i put it into my mouth. I had to spit it out. Distinctly old shrimp that they really shouldn't have served me. The broth was warm and light. Good for a cold day but rotten shrimp cannot be forgiven.
The beef broth is sweet and had some spice notes in it. Also quite light and lacked the beefiness or richness of other places.
The salt and peppery wings were good. Nice and crispy, heavily seasoned, bit spicy but a bit expensive at $22 for a dozen wings especially when some wings were rather small and mangled looking.
The service was extremely friendly and it's a cozy place. I think the shrimp thing was a one off. The price is quite inexpensive compared to other pho places nowadays.

I ordered pick up of the Beef Luc Lac on Rice with Egg, however, from the photos you see here it was not the same. The beef was more like streak strips and I was not given fish sauce in my take out container. I wish my Beef Luc Lac looked similar to the photos but it was not the case. Unfortunately I do not think I will order from here again

Very friendly service. They don't even offer the tip option for take out which is awesome. Ordered the pork/spring roll and beef/spring roll vermicelli plates. The portions were less than other places - usually the vermicelli and meat fills from edge to edge and the spring roll sits on top, but here there is a big space left for the spring roll to sit in.
The meats had a subtle lemongrass flavor and were cooked nicely. The spring rolls used rice paper which I favor over the wheat dough. The stars were lost for the nuoc mam - it was quite flavorless and the vermicelli depends on the sauce for flavor.
