Not the best. Not the worst. Just judging by the bowl of pho we had there were supposed to be certain menu items in our bowl but when asked the server replied with oh yes it's on the menu but not in the bowl of pho. Ok so what are you going to do about it? Nothing.Bowl of BBH is not as fragrant as I wished.

With new management, the pho taste better than before with a generous portion of meats. And even then, the pricing is not too steep for a large bowl in comparison to a lot of places on Kingsway (I've seen $20 before tax a bowl)Love that it is close to home. Gonna be coming back soon.

The rare beef soup was really good, fresh , firm noodles and great broth , 5⭐️. I ordered it with spring rolls and they where undercooked with a very watery fish sauce. 2⭐️. The waiter was very good .

I stopped by to try some Pho at this newly minted business. I have to say the service was great. I had the Pho with beef brisket and beef tendon (off menu). The broth was hot and very flavourful. I didn't even need the basil (it was provided, as is standard, but the broth stood on its own). The generous pieces of brisket and tendon were hot in the soup and soft texture. I was impressed by the quality. The server said they spend the better part of the day preparing the broth from the beef bones and aromatics. Recommend, especially for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.

I truly hope the owners read this. Service is good but it feels like so many corners were cut with the food. For example the spring rolls were LOADED with noodles that it was like eating mochi. Not much meat. The noodle to meat/vege ratio was completely off. You could literally see the stack of noodles all bundled inside of the deep fried spring rolls. We had several orders of these. Huge disappointment. The soup noodles, the soup had no flavor other than mostly salt. It felt as tho they used barely any spicesI grew up in South Van trying a lot of different pho restaurants across town. This was hugely disappointing as I saw the review and ratings were at a 4.1 star.I left this review for the intention that I hope the owner sees this. When we went in it was completely empty during dinner. I'm not sure if that is a sign of the lack in quality of the food here. But hopefully the owner uses this as a way to improve on their menu. I really hope this restaurant can stick around, but with food being served like this, there's no way they will last.Close friends of ours concluded the same thing.
