I was going to be in this area and searched for restaurants and this one popped up. So glad it did! I gave mezcal a try for the 2nd time ever and it was good!
Had some good food, good drink and the bartenders were personable.
Servers and bartenders were bringing out bottles for guest to look at and read while they enjoyed the drink.
Food came out quick.
Salsa was all delicious.

Thanks for a good experience while in Van.

I had mixed feelings about my visit to El Mezcaleria in Vancouver, BC. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was good, but the portion sizes left much to be desired. For a table of six, we started with an appetizer that came with just four small tortillas. Each tortilla could be broken into about four chips, which disappeared instantly. We asked for more and received just four more tortillas, which also vanished quickly. It was puzzling, as most Mexican restaurants provide...
