I have no idea what all the hype is about. We came here for dinner a few years ago, and it was just bad. We decided to come back for another try this time for lunch. Portions are small. Blend recipe. Definitely overpriced. I don’t recommend

Opted to eat from the kitchen not the menu “Family Style”. Excellent evening. It wasn’t just a meal, but a dining experience. Perfect way to share a special birthday with our adult children.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion at La Quercia, this absolutely magnificent Italian restaurant. I ordered the chef’s special 7-course meal, and every single dish was a masterpiece. The attention to detail was remarkable, each flavor, texture, and presentation clearly crafted with intention and passion.
The service was just as impressive. Warm, attentive, and seamless, the staff elevated the entire experience. I drove over an hour to get there, and it was more than worth it. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. One I’ll remember for a long time. Highly, highly recommend.
Fabulous Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a variety of classic Italian dishes. Cacio y pepe was spot on and the two appetizers we ordered were very good.
Really wanted to like this place and we'd been looking forward to coming for years as we love Italian, but it felt very overpriced for ok food. Unfortunately food felt bland, under seasoned and lacked omph. Lots of better Italian restaurants in the city.
Amazing food and service in a very cozy and intimate space! Get the tasting menu you won’t regret it.

Best Italian in town. REAL ITALIAN! 🇮🇹🍝❤️
We recently dined at La Quercia & L’Ufficio and chose to indulge in the chef’s personal multi-course tasting menu, which featured seven incredible courses. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
The restaurant itself is very intimate, with beautiful low lighting and a cozy atmosphere accentuated by warm oak finishings.
Each dish was unique, offering different textures and layers of flavour that kept us pleasantly surprised course after course. The rich full body red wine worked as the perfect palette cleanser between each dish. The handmade pasta dishes were outstanding, and the steak quite literally melted in our mouths. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pistachio mortadella. It was something I wouldn’t normally go for, but was blown away by.
As someone who loves carrot cake, I was especially impressed by theirs. It had a surprisingly light and fluffy texture, which is rare, as carrot cake often ends up too dense to finish but this one carried the perfect balance. It was the perfect ending to a memorable meal.
Our server added so much to the evening. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and brought a touch of flare to each course. He even came back to offer more insight after the chef personally served a few of our dishes. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the night.
The whole evening was a delight, and we’ll certainly be returning again soon!
Update. 2025. This restaurant has been consistently delicious since they opened. Highly recommended. We have dined here often for years and imo
it is the best Italian resto in town and equivalent to restos in NYC or even Italy. Intimate setting, feels ‘local’ , pastas are made in house and always changing; attentive service. You know that Chef Adam and his wife are dedicated LaQuercia’s excellence once you have dined there. Congratulazioni.
Service is impeccable. Very small, snug environment, but it makes for a cozy and quaint atmosphere that I quite enjoyed. Felt like staying in a friends cottage, lacked the pretentious air that some fine dining establishments can have. Food was all extremely delicious - I highly recommend going for the tasting menu. And for the amount of food you’ll get it’s very fairly priced!
My partner and I came here for my birthday and we were both in agreement that this is our new favorite Italian spot! Every dish we ordered was so delicious: Mortadella, prosciutto, endive salad, agnolotti, chicken, and semifreddo! Their fresh baked bread had the perfect taste and texture! I can’t wait to come back!
