Very disappointed......both the food, and the fact that when I shared my feedback on their official response form, it was ignored.
We've ordered here a number of time before, but this last one was atrocious. Screwed up my kids pizza entirely so one of them wouldn't even eat it, and all the pizza's were a soggy limp mess that we literally had to scrape off the cardboard to eat. Most of the food went into the garbage!
The kid who's food was most screwed up, was the biggest supporter of the place too, it was his request for pizza's from here.......guess we don't have to worry about him asking for this again.

We visited this restaurant with our family, and while the pizzas were okay, the service was extremely poor. They didn’t provide any drinking water, and when we asked for glasses to drink water, they said they only had three glasses for the entire restaurant! This level of service and customer care is unacceptable. We do not recommend this place due to the very bad service and lack of basic amenities.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad from here on a Friday night at 5:45pm and finally got the pizza's delivered 2.5 hours later... we were excited to dig in once they arrived as the pizza's looked great, but unfortunately, they were completely cold!! What an utter disappointment.
Would tread carefully ordering take out from here.

Came here for a slice of pizza with my partner and it was excellent. I really like the atmosphere too. Might be helpful if they had large TVs as it might attract people in the area to watch a sports game. We will be back.
Pizza was okay, but there are no options for hot drinks. The place is nice.

Ordered pizza, pasta and chicken wings. Wings are bland and gets barely any seasoning. Pizza oven is not maintained and cleaned so you get burnt bits on bottom of your pizza in every bite. Ordered bolognese pasta and doesn’t have any trace of marinara just plain ground meat and some diced onion, carrot, pepper mix tossed with pasta. Even pasta itself is bland and almost feels like microwaved.

It’s a hit or miss with the slices, the entire pizza is much better I assume when fresh. However it does seem odd how soggy the slices are even after they heat it up
