One of the best Mexican food and cocktails I have had. Fairly small joint and we almost turned around when we first entered as it almost looks like a hole in the wall but we are so glad we tried it. 10/10 for everything we tried and the courteous service.

I ordered tacos for pickup and they have not even
processed my order when I went after 20 mins for pick up. They even didn’t apologize for it and I had to wait for a while to get my food. Really poor service and complete lack of communication.

We had a jalapeños and an elderflower margarita- killers. The jalapeños one was a hit. The vegan options are great for us- especially when they are on par with or better than the meats. Server was wonderful. Service 5 star. Let's go.

Ordered a chelada house lager and it came with no salt and lime on the rim. I was like ok I guess they'll just charge me the regular price then. When the bill comes I see they charge me the extra fee for the chelada and I tell the server oh my beer didn't come with lime and salt on the rim ( which was so clearly obvious by there being no remnants of any salt on the rim of my glass) . He proceeds to tell me the salt is inside the beer ??????? and he still charges me for the chelada. Listen i didn't mind the mistake of not making it chelada but dont gaslight me to justify stealing from me. Why didn't he just remove the charge when i brought up the fact that it was cleary not chelada? He realized it too and looked me in the eye and said the salt was inside the beer???. I also did not taste any salt in this beer and why would they add salt to the beer in the first place??

Cozy little place. Food was amazing! ? We had tacos pastor and carnitas. Both were incredible. We nodded while eating the first taco, a sign of food that completely hits the spot. Had the jalapeno marg (okay, two) -- so good. Wish I lived here so I could visit all the time. Thanks for the great tacos and drinks!

We were in Vancouver from northern Alberta early August for a concert. My husband, my in laws, and I had dinner here the night we arrived, my husband ordered the Al Pastor and Tinga De Pollo tacos. He unfortunately developed food poisoning that night (this was the only real meal we had that day after a long road trip) which led to days of GI upset right at the beginning of our trip which was very unfortunate. My in-laws and I had decreased appetite/felt queasy the day after as well (we ordered the chicken bowl and baja tacos). I don’t want to talk this restaurant down because the service was great and the food did taste good but obviously was not handled safely. The day we went (August 8/24) it felt like +30 degrees Celsius inside. I think there has to be more of an emphasize on food safe handling especially on hot days.
