A great addition to the neighborhood! My favourite is the rajas con crema but I also just love getting four bean tacos and loading them up with different salsas and pickles from the salsa bar. The service here is fast and efficient, making it a great place to grab a quick lunch during the work day.

Ate here twice during our stay in Vancouver and can highly recommend. Happy Hour is from 3-6 and we sampled several cocktails from the menu, the Lavender Love being my favourite. The bar staff were super friendly and the service was excellent .

A very casual over the counter taco shop. I always come here to get their fish taco and the basic carnitas and al pastor. Solid tacos in taste, giving it 4 stars as I find the tacos on the more expensive side ranging from $3-$7 a taco.

Went for happy hour to try out the tacos and drinks. Started with the $4 lager and natchos. So far, so good. But they were out of red and white wine so decided to try out their margaritas. So glad I did! Ordered their Classic Margarita on the rocks (they don't do frozen) complete with Cointreau, agave syrup and lime juice. It was a smooth, easy-drinking drink (!) which cost $10 despite it being HH? Ordered 2 tacos - one carnitas (pork) and one pollo (chicken). Pollo was meh. But the carnitas saved the meal. I would definitely go back and try out one of their other margaritas because it was so smooth. Would've been a 5 star but one taco missed the mark.

Very authentic, and very delicious. I grew up in Southern California, and this place fulfilled my craving for good Mexican food. The portions aren't the largest for the price, but the flavors are all there. Definitely get the churros, and ask them to bring it at the end of the meal. They're so good still warm.

The food was mediocre, tasted like if McDonald's were to start selling tacos. We were charged a 15% gratuity even though everything was self served, and the service line was extremely slow. On the bright, the atmosphere was pretty nice, but the food was definitely worth the price

Great spot for some food. I particularly love the burritos and specifically the Al pastor. I personally think the prices are a little steeper and the service can be really slow at times. Overall it's a great place.

Had the Asada quesadilla and a pork confit taco. Both were delicious. Quick service and reasonably priced traditional Mexican taco shop. I always stop by when I'm in the area.

The food tasted okay since the operators are all Mexican so the food is authentic. They offer cocktails and the tequila was good. The price overall is a bit high compared with other burrito or taco places

The tacos are very delicious, a bit more expensive than other tacos that are as authentic. I have eaten there so many times at two different locations. The one thing that started to bother me is that the size of the tacos vary depending on who is in the kitchen on that particular day. Some days your tacos are "skinny" and other days are a bit more "chubby", I prefer the later...

La Taqueria is by far the best taco shop I have been to. They serve delicious traditional tacos in two variety, and many other crazy delicious options like burritos. The atmosphere is very homey and feels like what I imagine a restaurant in Mexico would feel like (with some modern flair to it). All the staff there are super friendly and wait times for food are generally pretty short when I have been. Over all, I would recommend this place to anyone who has even thought about eating a taco.

Really good happy hour. Guacamole was excellent. Tacos were tasty. Great drinks but slow service from the bar. Staff were all over so little consistency. Beautiful room. I'd definitely go back.
