Met a friend for lunch at La Vita, on her recommendation. Lunch was delicious and the service very nice. My friend had a spaghetti dish with Rose Sauce and chicken and raved about her meal. I had the lamb sandwich which consisted of lovely carmelized onions, flavourful and tender roast lamb. Both lunches provided ample portions and the prices were very reasonable. A wonderful small neighbourhood restaurant. I will be back for sure, and will be sure to tell friends about this "find."
Excellent Italian food and good pricing for a neighbourhood restaurant. Menu is small but excellent variety. Owner and Chef from Italy with most worldly background and interesting stories. Truly passionate about being a Chef and he pays attention to details, quality and his customers. A must go to restaurant when in Kerrisdale.

Very wholesome place with good portion sizes and well-seasoned food. Came in at an odd time, around 2-ish pm, very fresh food nonetheless. The lasagna is easily shareable between two people and the garlic bread is a nice touch. Also had the tiramisu, which had a rich coffee liqueur flavor and nice smooth cream top.
