The tasting menu was devine. The service excellent And the wine pairing was without any exaggeration, world class. An experience to be repeated.
Phenomenal experience with tasting dinner and wine pairing. A culinary highlight to our trip that will give us memories for many meals to come. Would dine again next time we're in town. Pricey---but worth it for a treat!
Such a beautiful dining experience! The food was excellent - unique, delicious and beautifully plated! The service was outstanding as well! It was so fantastic, that we plan on booking a future event there. Highly recommend!
Our second visit to L'abattoir and we were not a bit disappointed. Fabulous food, service and staff. We will definitely return next time we are in Vancouver.
Amazing Neal. Order the halibut and the agnolotti. The potatoes side was excellent as well
Excllent food! We had the tasting menu, accompanied by wines for every course. This was a relatively expensive way to go but we loved the range of flavors and textures we sampled. The staff was friendly and helpful. Altogether it was a splendid evening -- despite the very high noise level in the premises.
The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. It was somewhat loud in the restaurant , but we we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.
Enjoyed our meal, shared a delightful tomato salad, my hubby had Steak Diane, I had the saddle of lamb, the meat was super tasty for both of us but the low quantity of vegetables was slightly disappointing. The chocolate dessert was seriously delicious. Delightful waitress and sommelier, very attentive.
This is our must stop on our trips to Vancouver. This was our 6th trip and we always look forward to our reservation. We have ordered the prix fixe dinner the last 3 times and highly recommend.
Close to perfection. Each dish was an experience. The heirloom tomato salad was exceptional. The home made ricotta, watermelon and tomato melded perfectly. The foie gras terrine and bread service should not be missed. We followed this with the grilled octopus and the pork jowl. You can tell that a restaurant takes it seriously when their Negroni uses a flawless ice cube. Don't miss the local Le Vieux Pin Syrah. It is a delicious red. Matt was a perfect host and server. Top notch in every way.

Great experience! Had a anniversary dinner with my family and the food and service was top notch
From the moment we entered the restaurant we were treated like very special guests. Everthing was exquisite and the food was luscious, and delicately delicious. I particularly liked the Tuna Confit and the Hailbut. Thank you for this dinning experience which is most certainly one for my memory book.
Fantastic place, highly recommend. We grabbed the tasting menu and were pleasently surprised to learn we could choose both options. Led to a fun night. Highlights include the tartare amuse with a fried shisho leaf, along with the octo. The chermoula paid with chickpea is smart. Server was professional with great wine knowledge.
L'Abattoir is a dining experience. Pork jowl stole the show for me, although the steak Dianne was novel and tasty. Many thanks to Prableen for the attentive service and for helping to make our anniversary celebration all the more special.
One of the best meals we have had on our food tour of the Pacific NW. From Portland to Seattle to Vancouver CA we have had fabulous meals but this one was the best. We loved this restaurant! Food, service, atmosphere were all A+. Casual place with a big food heart. Dont miss it on your next trip to Vancouver, CA. The locals are lucky to have such a culinary gem! Our server was knowledgeable and she was very fun as well !!!
