Surprised my mum for her 80th birthday. Macaroons amazing, everything else about the Afternoon Tea experience was a bit of a let down. When I booked it I mentioned it was my mums 80th but no one even mentioned it until bizarrely as we were leaving. Mum asked for a slice of lemon for her tea but she was told they don't have any. The vol-au- vents are served cold which is a bit unpalatable. I just felt the whole experience for $75 each was not as good as it should have been or felt very special. The Paris and London restaurants are SO much nicer.

Booked afternoon tea on Dec 12 and was very disappointed. For the high price, both service and quality were well below expectations. Savoury items were served cold rather than warm, and plates were not provided until we had almost finished the first tier.
The atmosphere was also poor, with constant foot traffic from people using the washroom, which completely disrupted the dining experience. The tea quality was disappointing, which is unacceptable for an afternoon tea service.
Overall, the café looks the part but lacks the attention to detail and refinement expected from a luxury brand. Would not recommend.

The quality is good , the place it’s cute , organized and clean , it’s very fancy , for delivery have a good packaging and the product are so nice , the taste and presentation it’s great, but the price for macarons it’s a little bit expensive.

Certain staff members make it extremely difficult to order here. It took 10 minutes to explain an order of 12 macarons… then after being told there’s a special christmas box, I made the mistake of asking what’s included with that… After the christmas box was decided on my order was already forgotten and we had to restart that again: “twelve macarons, one of each in the picture here except replace these two with those two.” Another 5 minutes later she understands and starts boxing them. No coordination or care when it comes to the presentation either she just threw them all in the box. She asks me “is this ok?” and I just want to get out of there so I say “sure.” Then they don’t know how to accept cash and card for the same payment, and then the card machine wasn’t even working.
1 extra star from bare minimum because the macarons are very good (apparently), I buy these for family.

We were pleased to try La Durée, had the raspberry macaron, it is a beautiful flavour of rose and the fresh raspberries give it a lovely touch. I would come back to try all the other desserts they have, staff was friendly and they set the tea table for us, which was a nice gesture. If you’re around, would definitely recommend to visit

This was my first time visiting Ladurée, and it was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, and the macarons were absolutely delicious. I tried multiple flavours and every single one was perfect. Definitely visiting again!
The interior of this Ladurée in downtown Vancouver is absolutely beautiful, and the staff member who helped me that day was incredibly kind and friendly. She recommended the Rose macaron and the Marie-Antoinette macaron, both of which I had never tried before. I’ve never seen such elegant French desserts! I purchased a box of six macarons to share with my family. The Rose macaron was pleasantly delightful, fragrant and gently sweet with a lovely hint of rose syrup. I truly enjoyed the presentation and flavor of these macarons. I would love to return again when my close friends are in the mood for something sweet and beautifully French.
