European lady at the counter should not be in service. We wanted to dine in and she just said it’s full you need to order first and sit outside, no explanation about a wait time or anything. I see a couple tables available. I asked if it’s by reservation only and she said you can leave your phone number. So why did she turn me away in the first place? Confused by her attitude, I ordered to go with a different server and saw her whispering.Service aside, the macarons and ispahan were not fresh, the shells were dry and brittle. I buy macarons all the time so I know this is not the standard. Laduree in London and LA are way better. Please don’t serve stale goods maybe hire more servers if this is why they’re acting this wayI’ve been here on two separate occasions and was turned away from dine in each time.

Beautiful café, the whole place is like a work of art. The beauty is also expressed through the sweets, but not so much the flavour. Maybe I just got a mediocre one in general? It was a Mont Blanc, but at least it slightly went well with a latte!

Food is always good but staff service doesn’t match the vibe of the cafe. Sometimes they seem annoyed with the order/a little unprofessional. Usually it’s just the staff working the cafe not in the dine-in area. Macarons and tea here are so good tho !!!!!

We were surprising some friends in Vancouver and wanted to bring them a sweet treat. While strolling down Robson, we stumbled upon Ladurée. It was my first introduction to the brand which spawned from France in the 19th century. The shop is elegant and whimsical. For a moment you feel as though you’ve been transported to Paris. Unfortunately I was unable to stay for a beverage or one of their decadent desserts. We just ordered macarons to go, they were arranged beautifully in an elegant gift box. These are sure to delight anyone and everyone with a sweet tooth. I bought 3 for myself to indulge in. These were some of the most delectable macarons my palette has had the pleasure of enjoying. They are slightly on the pricier side, however the price of macarons vary depending on the difficulty of producing them. I would definitely like to come back here for tea and desert.
I adore this spot! The cuisine is divine, and the tea salon is simply enchanting. It's a must-visit in Vancouver; I highly recommend it. The service is impeccable, a solid 10 out of 10 ❤️❤️?
