Been here several times, I call to place the order rather than go through apps (so that the apps don't take a cut of their profits). The food is always delicious, but their system for receiving orders is awful. Not sure if they're just prioritizing orders coming through apps? Despite calling ahead, I end up waiting another 20 - 30 mins outside the door for my food.

Also, the owner from Carnitas El Rolys is always outside hustling to grab business away...

My fiance and i been going here since they were located in 5th ave.. we’re located in south surrey btw! :) just an fyi they only do take out/pickup orders which to be honest is quite nice, so you consider eating somewhere out doors. Service is amazing every time! We have told so many of our friends and they loved the food! I have taken one of our friend who’s visiting from San Francisco and he’s mexican saying the food is definitely authentic! And said the food was really...

Today I ordered Uber Eats and they didn't have carnitas for my quesadilla, they sent me a barbacoa quesadilla and a free Jamaica water. Thank you so much. That's really caring for your customers. I’m Mexican so I love this place.
