I have a Loyalty Gift card from this place who is bought last Christmas for 100$
when I did go to the shop for coffee to use my gift card again they told me they are not accepting it, as they bought business and have no responsibility about this gift card who is paid to the shop . Employees Wasted my time for 15 minutes over phone talking to the manager and end of saying that’s not our responsibility.
So nice customer service . You could have give me at least free coffee and say sorry for my lost and keep your customers happy instead of dismissing the whole problem.
It would be nice as a new business owner if you be respectful and be responsible for the money who I paid to get gift card now I can’t even use it .
I will share my experience with all my friends who i suggested to come to this place also
Very disappointed
If I could give you zero star, I would.
We came here to try out the featured crossisnt for the Crossiant Festival in Vancouver. Unfortunately the Crossiant was sold out but we tried some other delicious pistachio flavored ones. There were many different pastries to choose from.
I understand that the store was a little busy at the time we were there, however none of the tables were being cleared for new customers. We sat at an empty table but we had to push out all the used dirty dishes from the previous customers, to the side while we ate. In the end we just added our used cups and plates to the existing pile. Very disappointing.
Tried the Peach pastry - pretty good, looks unique, not overly sweet but for $12 something a piece I expected a little more. One time stop.
some great deserts and pastries here, very nice and quiet place to relax on robson street, the mango was excellent and a must try for mango lovers, the red velvet had a little too much icing and not enough cake but we been there a few times and will be back
Went there for the croissant crawl Got a biscuit croissant.. the croissant was pretty good, light and flaky, though the cream was nice it lacked the biscoff flavour, it wasn’t too sweet so that’s a good thing, service was excellent as well
Never disappoints me with pastry! Always great quality, even though a bit on the expensive side.
Also, tried this one. This poop-shaped cake(which supposed to be pistachio as I've been told) was truly fantastic 10/10 taste.
Real hidden gem hahahha
The place is great and the desserts are vv adorable! We loved the Lavender iced latte and Nutella roll. The service was amazing and a must visit.
So far one of my fav place for desserts and pastries ! Tonight we tried the Mango dessert 🥭 🫶🏼
The decor here has a very European style. I had an Americano, a French flan, and a box of macarons. Everything suited my taste perfectly.
Very good service

We celebrated my aunt’s birthday here and had such a lovely time! The staff were very nice, the place was cozy and beautiful, and their cookies were delicious.
Great dessert place. Love their Devil Chocolate Cake. Highly recommended
10/10 🎉
We came to Vancouver just to try this bakery and it didn't disappoint.
Caffe was amazing, and the pastry were 10 out of 10.
Highly recommend it 💖
First time here, came pretty late and expected them to be out of most of their stuff. However, they had a bunch of variety still available. The staff was super nice and friendly! I loved the mango and lemon 🩷
The croissant and golden brick is ok. I hope they can be softer. However, the Mont Blanc is unbelievable — very unique and delicious. It has a thin chocolate crust with lemon color and lemon flavor under the chestnut paste. The little bit scents of sour made a huge difference. Will try more cakes next time
