I was there for the first time in the spring and then was back in vancouver in the fall, we made the drive from Richmond to go get a donut. Tho it was later in the afternoon they still had a good selection and we got some great donuts. I loved loved loved the “bounty bar” donut I got in the spring . It was fresh and delicious. The second trip we got a mishmash of chocolate and coconut and Cookie Monster and they were also super good. Service was amazing. Atmosphere is great, it’s just a very busy area as it’s a giant indoor market. I’ve been lucky both times there was no huge lineup to get it. Definitely recommend if you like donuts.

I had this donut shop 3 out of the 4 days I stayed in Vancouver, haha. I was crazy about lee's donuts...The simple honey dip and glazed donuts are amazing, especially with coffee. It’s the perfect way to start the day and makes for a happy morning.

We ordered Honey Dip, Jelly Filled (raspberry jam), and Churro. My fav out of these 3 was Raspberry Jelly Filled! I usually do not order that type of donuts but I am glad we got that one! I loved the raspberry jam(I wish they sell the jam) and donut was soft and chewy!
There was a line-up and it was worth it!:)

If you're visiting Vancouver, the trip isn't complete without a donut from Lee's.
Parking: Granville Island is pedestrian-centric. I recommend coming by foot.

It's a donut for christsake! A good one, to boot: but not worth waiting in line for.
Best donut i've ever had
Entering Public Market in Granville, from the gate near the harbour, you are sure to find a queue of people lining up to savor the best donuts of Vancouver.
It is certainly a donut lover's paradise. From honey dip to strawberry sprinkle to lemon donut to German donut to blueberry donut to honey glazed..... the list is unending and each variety is a treat to the palate.
A must taste for every visitor, it is an item which would be proudly included in any foodies must eat list.
A sure entry to any foodie tour of Vancouver.

I dream about these donuts. Crisp on the outside and deliciously moist and cakey on the inside. We got whatever was straight out of the oven and I recommend people do the same! Hot donuts always hit different.

The old Lees no longer exists. This is Lees with a new owner. Something doesn’t taste the same anymore.
Also, why do you need to tip someone to get a donut for you when you pay with a credit card?

Not overrated at all! Gotta stop at Lee's Donuts when you're at Granville Island. While there are new locations spread throughout the Lower Mainland, you'll find the most varieties here.
It's hard to pick just 1, but the seasonal specials are always worth trying. I overheard someone order Chocolate Pumpkin. Couldn't help myself but try, and it was DELICIOUS!

They don't list ingredients on any of their sites, there's egg in the donuts for those who have food allergies.
